Electricity is a very important part of our daily life on which road lighting system is one the most important parts of the urban and public sector. Here traditional road lighting system is controlled manually which is costly and more power is wasted in this system. And there are some areas where the supply of the electricity is difficult for the geographical position or the high cost of maintenance. This paper proposes a user-friendly Automatic Solar Panel Based LED Street Lighting System and home charger using Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) to reduce power con-sumption in Road Lighting System and to have uninterrupted electricity supply to light bulbs and run fans both in cities and rural houses. As it is a user-friendly system for the road lightening, the battery will be charged by solar panels and if the battery does not work it can be controlled by the direct current when the greed current supply is present. When the sunlight falls upon the surface of LDR the road will be remained OFF but in the absence of sun-light, the road lights will be ON. In the home charger system, it will be charged by a solar panel and contains a fan which is controlled manually and a bulb which is lightened automatically or manually in the absence of any light.

Stock Market provides the basis for transactions between large business organizations and individual investors. Companies issue stocks to general public to raise funds while investors buy the stocks to gain profits. The Random Walk Hypothesis governs the Stock Prices as it changes constantly due to various factors. The research, Forecasting Stock Prices Using a Hybrid Methodology is carried out to implement a decision support system that provides insight for selecting profitable stocks using multiple forecasting mechanisms.

On each slope, the difference in level and in slope gradient in combination with the gravitational forces and the possible presence of groundwater, create shear stresses inside the slopes, which are countered by the shear resistance of the soil. When the developing stresses overcome shear resistance, then they lead to a fracture of the slopes and to a landslide. The instability of slopes, leading to the displacement of soil mass downstream known as landslide, constitutes a significant risk to human activities and is often accompanied by the destruction of property, injury and loss of life. So, landslides and soil retreats are of the most significant catastrophic phenomena recorded on the surface of the earth. The above-mentioned phenomena can be a major threat not only to the social and economic fabric, i.e. the quality of life of a region, but also for the environment (basin-filling reservoirs, clogging of streams – rivers, road surface retreat, destruction of forests and ecosystems, etc [1-3]. The main objective of this work is to investigate the environmental impact of the failure of the slopes as well as the prevention and stabilisation measures against landslides, mainly through mild environmental interventions [4-8].

Agile software development methods have drawn the attention of software development professionals in the past few years. Agile software development methods use iterative and incremental approaches to address the changing requirements of customers. One of the well-known agile software development methods is extreme Programming (XP) and is derived by sets of values including simplicity, communication, feedback and courage. The extreme practices, variation in composition and interaction between values and the feedback in XP has made the software system more complex and demands the improvements. The main aim of this study is to improve the extreme practices of XP through agile modeling. An interpretive research approach is used to conduct a literature review to develop the agile models. The study deals with modelling the three most criticized and extreme practices (lightweight requirement, Pair Programming and onsite customer) of XP. Use cases are collected from scenario based requirement engineering practice with stakeholder analysis to address the lightweight requirement of XP. Problems of Pair Programming are addressed by personal development traits, Distributed Pair Programming (DPP) and Collaborative Adversarial Pair (CAP) Programming models. Surrogate customers and multiple customer models are two alternatives proposed to address the problems of onsite customer in XP.

Thin films deposition increased with the contact area of the cell components, which results in high fraction reac-tants. Thin films have high current density and cell efficiency obtained due to the transportation of ions throughout thin-film layers as compared to bulk materials. We have investigated the drain characteristics of metal-semiconductor thin film transistors. It consists of a metal contact layer and a semiconducting layer, which forms metal-semiconductor junction. The top gated metal layer is deposited for conduction of charge carriers which flows from source to drain and controlled with Schottky metal gate. The channel control has been obtained by varying the width of depletion layer by depositing different thickness of conducting channel of selenium and Tellurium layer and the flow of current between source and drain. The metal gate electrodes have been directly deposited on the selenium and Tellurium channel without any insulating layer, because of the formation of Schottky barrier at the interface of metal and semiconductor. It has also investigated that observed drain characteristics shows similar behaviour for both semiconductor materials.
