In this study aim to investigate traditional mud brick has been used in South of Turkey. The population in the rural area of Turkey has been increased due to back to village project of Government. Most of the buildings in the area made out of limestone and adobe. But this material is not sufficient resistance for the earthquake. The research in the field of contraction at The University of Cukurova elaborates the mechanical properties and workability of raw materials. These are wheat the stem, basaltic pumice and clay. The production of this kind of bricks from mixes of waste from field of wheat and significant fraction of different ratios and clay mixed with fibber, gypsum and basaltic pumice. In present study, mechanical properties of mud bricks, which were prepared by Seyhan, Almanpinari and Toprak-kale (southern region of Turkey) clay with straw and plastic fibre were investigated. Compressive strength, tensile modulus of elasticity, water absorption capacity and weight loss of clay from three different regions were measured. Water absorption and weight loss properties should be taken into account if clay from these regions region is used as raw materials in brick production because they will affect drying time. Clay with higher tensile modulus of elasticity had higher workability when placing mud into moulds. Bricks made with plastic fibre and clay from Seyhan region had the highest compressive strength. The compressive strength of bricks with clay from all regions and with/without fibres had the compressive strength above the values given in standards. Polystyrene fibres led to higher compressive strength in all bricks from three regions compared to other types of fibre. The results of this study suggests that using these materials have many advantages, as little cost and improvements on the final properties of products.

This paper presents an efficient Face Recognition System using Principle Component Analysis and Linear Discriminant Analysis to recognize person and Jacobi Method is used to find Eigen values and Eigen vectors which is very important step for PCA and LDA algorithms. The Face Recognition is the ability to recognize people by their facial characteristics. Face recognition is an interesting computer vision problem with many commercial and law enforcement applications. Mug shot matching, user verification, user access control all become possible if an efficient face recognition system can be built. This Paper concerns face recognition system consisting of image preprocessing to smoothen the image, RGB to Gray conversion, and then recognition. PCA, LDA, ICA are different algorithms that have been used for face recognition system. This paper presents a combination on PCA and LDA to perform Face Recognition to increase the identification rate using the Jacobi method to find Eigen vectors of images. The images in dataset are authorized images and the images to be recognized are unauthorized images. By calculating Euclidian Distance between known images and unknown, images are classified as authorized or unauthorized images.

It requires careful arranging, gigantic assets, challenging construction technique and other related perspectives.Pavement Depreciation models, which simulate the depreciation procedure of pavement conditions and give pavement conditions forecasting over time, plays a vital part in Pavement Management System (PMS). The main objective of this study is to develop pavement performance models by applying neural network algorithm for urban road network in India.

In this paper we use optimized synergetic mode strategies for synchronization of different chaotic nonlinear systems. Stability is insured through Lyapunov synthesis. Two examples for non-identical chaotic systems are used in a simulation study to test the effectiveness of the proposed methodology which indicates good performance and satisfactory in synchronization of two different nonlinear chaotic systems.

Twitter has evolved into a powerful communication and information sharing tool used by millions of people around the world and is currently overwhelmed by massive amount of tweets generated by its users. To categorize their tweets many users, use hashtag. A hash tag, a keyword prefixed with a hash symbol (#), is a feature in Twitter to organize tweets and facilitate effective search among a massive volume of data. However, hashtag is not restricted in any way in terms of usage, which leads to large number of hashtags in twitter data set. Furthermore, hash tags can be used to collect user opinion on public events, community etc. However, there are very few tweets containing hashtags, which impedes the quality of search results and their further usage in various applications. Therefore, hashtag recommendation has become a particularly important research problem. Existing methods have proposed apersonalized hash tag, content based hash tag and hash tag recommendation using TF-IDF approaches which is quite complex. In this paper we address an automatic hashtag recommendation system which uses simple map reduce functions and rule mining techniques. Map reducing function takes the tweet as input and process the given tweet to give key value pair as output. This Output is fed back to rule mining techniques to generate a frequent itemset and that is recommend as hash tag. Our theoretical approach says that this method recommends a hashtag which is more stable and reliable than other approaches.

It is important to understand the overarching requirements for structural performance in the case of Fire. The building shall be designed and constructed so that in the event of fire its stability will be maintained for a reasonable period and this defines the fundamental performance requirements for the structure of a building in fire. How this functional requirement is met may be interpreted in different ways? The loss of any element in fire results in the structure losing its stability if each element possesses sufficient resistance in fire, this ensures that the structure has sufficient load bearing capacity, Fire is an emergency, from which no structure, remains unaffected. Due to increased incidents of major fires in buildings; analysis, repairs and rehabilitation of fire damaged structures has become a topic of interest. R.C.C (Reinforced cement concrete) in relation to fire is relatively less explored because of the lesser use of Reinforced concrete structures in Europe/USA as compared to steel structures. In India, there is more use of Reinforced concrete structure as compared to steel and composite structure. There is an urgent need to collect more data & lay more emphasis on design oriented ‘Passive measures’ rather than just relying on firefighting measures known as ‘Active measures’. Ignorance on part of the consultants & civic authorities has resulted in structures that are sub-standard from fire resistance view point. There is an urgent need to gather additional information about performance of R.C.C. under fire in order to create a general awareness & improve the existing practices & Code provisions.
