The term ornament is usually applied to the adornment of the body. The Aos are very much fond of ornaments and ornaments are the indication of family background, social status and personal attributes of the wearer. The Ao women do not possess as many ornaments as her husband.

In this research paper creates algorithms for opinion mining. It discovers positive, negative or neutral opinion on a particular product as well as a comparative sentence of product. To capture the opinion and it classifies an evaluative text as being positive or negative. For example, given an object review or blogs, the system determines whether the review expresses a positive or a negative sentiment of the reviewer. To discover the opinion of Internet forums, discussion groups, blogs, etc. Classification and tree structure of opinion done using WEKA Software.

This paper is a further discussion of models with ramp type or trapezoidal type demand. In a previously published paper in European Journal of Operational Research that their solution procedure is accurate, but tedious that will be substituted by our more compact approach to imply a board setting to solve a more general problem. We expand their inventory model from a ramp type demand to an arbitrary demand to reveal a new discovery that the optimal solution is not related to the demand type. Our paper will provide a new trend in inventory models to study new models and solution procedures.

Image compression is essential to reduce the cost of storage and transmission of large image files. Image compression methods are classified into lossy and lossless compression methods. In lossless compression, the image data in the decompressed image is exactly the same as that of the original image, whereas, in the lossy compression, the data in the decompressed image is very close that of the original. For most applications, lossy compression is used. Lossy compression achieves a higher compression than the lossless compression. Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) is one of the methods used for lossy compression. In DCT, the image is divided into small blocks, usually of 8X8 pixel size, and the DCT transform is applied to that. The transformed image also contains 8X8 coefficients. The information in the first few coefficients carries most information about the image and the remaining carry less information. Therefore, the coefficients that carry the least information can be dropped and the remaining can be stored as a compressed image. This results in the reduction of file size. In this article, an experimental study is made on the image quality of the reconstructed image by truncating a certain number of DCT coefficients.

Information technology-supported tourism services and platforms have made it easier for individual travellers to plan and manage their trips (Chul et al, 2016). But with smart tourism, technological limitations for tourist attraction is a research need. These includes decision support in the context of tourists' information processing. This study contributes a mobile technology suitable to improve smart tourism technology (STT) for travel decision support satisfaction. An Augmented Reality based mobile solution in the tourism industry is a project to suit this purpose. This application would enhance tourism in terms of exploring the visiting area before the actual visit. Sri Lanka is the case study for this research, which will be used to implement the application for possible capability evaluation. Images of certain tourist areas will be taken and processed by a third party. Rendering will be the contributing component of the augmented reality,which integrates with the images that might have been processed and saved in the database in this project. Hence, providing tourists with information about their intending place of visit. Due to the lack of up to date information and navigation support, tourists are not able to visit all the attractions during a visit in a particular case of Srilanka. This paper provides the architecture of the augmented reality that improves this situation. It shows how the image processing and the rendering integrate and interacts to provide tourists with relevant information about their intending place of visit.

Delivery of goods using large containers requires a large cost. One way that can be done to reduce the cost is to fill the container as much as possible so the numbers of containers needed for a delivery can be reduced as well as the cost needed. This study will describe a way to optimize the use of space in a container with three different shapes of items such as a box, cylinder, and sphere, then build a 3D simulation in the arrangement of items in containers with two different sizes which are 20 feet and 40 feet container. The results of this study will be presented in the form of a 3D simulation built using the PHP language and use two methods of packaging goods such as first fit decreasing and largest area first-fit. FFD algorithm will be used in determining the order of items that will fit into a container with a sort by the largest size. LAFF algorithm will be used in arranging the item’s position in the container.

A disaster is a sudden occurring dreadful event which can disrupt the functioning of community or society and causes great loss of life and property. There are two types of disaster – Natural disaster and Man-made disaster. When disasters occur due to natural forces they are called natural disasters, over which man has hardly any control. Some common natural disasters are earthquakes, landslides floods, droughts, cyclones, etc. These disasters cause enormous loss of life and property. Floods are one of the most common natural disasters occurring in many parts of the world every year. Floods have been a recurrent phenomenon in India and cause huge losses to lives, properties, livelihood systems, infrastructure and public utilities. India’s high risk and vulnerability are highlighted by the fact that 40 million hectares out of a geographical area of 3290 lakh hectares are prone to floods (Prafulla Kumar Panda, 2014). Floods occur due to heavy rainfall within a short duration of time in a particular region which causes the rivers and streams to overflow. But Floods are not always caused by heavy rainfall. They can result from other phenomena, like snowmelt, steep slopes, impermeable rock, too much wet and saturated soil, or compacted or dry soil. And, floods near to the coastal areas are increasing because of increase in global warming.
