The study was carried out in areas of the Basic Seed Bank, belong it to the Sugarcane Research Territorial Station Center-East of Camagüey, on a carbonate brown soil in the period understood from the 2013 to 2014 year. In order to satisfice the water requirements that demand the sugarcane crop according to the soil and climatic condition and the different phenological phases an exploitation irrigation regimen in the travelling gun technique. The benefit rain was determined by the Savo method. The adjust and complementation of the irrigation regime through the results of the different indicators that characterizing the exploitation regime was realized. The machine work parameters were determined for satisficing the water necessities and obtain an increase of the crop yield. The evaluation and results obtained contribute to the proposal consideration of management and operation of this irrigation technique, it results important in the accomplishment of a major efficiency of this technology.

This work aims to theoretically substantiate the significance of popular knowledge and artistic knowledge for education in the conservation of biodiversity from the natural and agricultural sciences in the training of teachers of these specialties. During development theoretical methods, which allowed to establish the arguments presented were used. The importance of this knowledge in the treatment of content biodiversity to contribute to a meaningful learning and personal sense, which enables motivate and sensitize the subject knowledge of this natural resource and the need for its conservation and sustainable use is grounded . This enables the clarification and creation of meaning production on biodiversity, which will result in the cultural enrichment of students, as future environmental educators. The popular and artistic knowledge are defined. Furthermore, as examples, activities in which they are present are suggested.

The work was carry out in the Scientific Technological of Base Unit (UCTB) Alquízar, of the Research Institute of Investigations in Tropical Fruit (IIFT), located in the province of Artemisa, put to the 22°77 " 45 "" of north latitude and to the 82°56 " 28 "" of west longitude and to 6.80 m. s. n. m. It carried out to him a study on 100 trees of avocado of different ecological groups propagated for seeds during 7 years, by keeping in mind as main variables: portage of the tree, size of the fruits, crop time and production level, planted on a Ferrasol Rhodic soil. With the results of this evaluation, selected this cultivar, afterwards it is grafted on a change of canopy in the bud bench of UCTB to evaluate your conduct, by means of the descriptive IPGRI for the cultivation of the avocado, by evaluating 20 variable quantitative and qualitative of the fruits, moreover decided the growth and the production in three-years kg/tree of crop. With the results obtained established 25 trees in the 2010 to the productive practice, in three locations of the country: Güines, Pinar del Río y Jagüey Grande to decide your conduct. In Cuba results necessary identifying new sweet potato variety that it‟s possess bigger precociousness, that is, high yield in cycles inferior to five months. The present work was done at Institute of Tropical Root (INIVIT). It involved to evaluate six new sweet potato variety: INIVIT B 18‟, „INIVIT B 12-9‟, „INIVIT B 13-9‟, „INIVIT B-14‟, „INIVIT B 240-2010‟ e „INIVIT B 16-2010‟ and the commercial variety „CEMSA 78 -354‟ e „INIVIT B2-2005‟, the ones that were considered like control. The clone INIVIT B 240-2010 presented values of 663.5 g and 550.0 g of weight of marketable tuberous roots for winter epoch and spring respectively and it was significantly superior to the rest of the variety in both epochs. The weight for marketable tuberous root, independently of the variety, it‟s different between both epochs of plantation with significant superiority for the epoch of winter as compared with spring epoch. The variety INIVIT B2-2005 presented bigger number of marketable tuberous roots by plant with significant differences to the rest of variety in both epochs. Variety INIVIT B 240-2010 and INIVIT B 16-2010 showed the bigger yield with values of 51.3 t.ha 1 and 49.0 t.ha 1 respectively, significantly superior to the rest of variety.

The Rutaceae family includes a large number of genera and species. Of these, Citrus, Poncirus and Fortunella are the genres most worldwide exploited commercially, but there are other less discussed, such as gender Swinglea having a single species: S. glutinosa (Blanco) Merr. In order to characterize from an agricultural point of view this kind of importance as their genetic resource and subsequent use as a standard in citrus production. The physicochemical characteristics of the fruits were evaluated. Mass, diameter and height of fruit number and seed mass, total soluble solids, acidity, maturity index, vitamin C and some qualitative characteristics of the morphology of the tree as: tree structure for it variables were analyzed , forms the fruit, leaves and seed. The results showed that it is a rustic tree, adapting well to our conditions, also it has a high number of seeds per fruit.
