Hepatitis C virus (HCV) continues to be a public health problem worldwide. The development of drugs that target virus proteins such as NS5B, aims to provide more effective treatment in the future. These directacting antivirals (DAAs) have demonstrated potent in vitro and in vivo effect; however, mutations have been described in HCV NS5B associated with resistance to DAA. Detecting mutations that are resistant to DAAs is important to prevent potential treatment failures. In this work, we developed a software to analyze mutations that are resistant to DAAs in NS5B gene of HCV. For this, we used the NS5B gene sequence isolate Con1 genotype 1b HCV, based on the main positions mutations associated with resistance to DAAs in vitro and in vivo described in the literature. The software algorithm allows computer analysis of possible changes in nucleotide and amino acid positions associated with resistance mutations to DAAs in NS5B of HCV.

The mercantile exercise of urban planning in Mexico has favored the periurban habitation, with a large number of disconnected and dispersed points in the urban arteries, which has fragmented and configured complex scenarios of motorized mobility. This paper contrasts the potential urban modal exchange in the metropolitan area of Guadalajara with the descriptive analysis of three predefined variables: transport mode connectivity, user transfer and integration in the urban structure; Also, with the use of geo referencing software (QGis) maps were elaborated, defining information in AutoCAD. The results show that in the new trucking center the connectivity and transfer of users of public transport, is low for some municipalities and high for others; Similarly, the design and operation of the roads connecting the study area create barriers to access to non-motorized modes of transport, which endangers the physical integrity of pedestrians, cyclists and people with reduced mobility.

Housing is one of the locomotives of a country's growth, therefore the Government of Colombia since the 1930s begins to develop mechanisms that improve the conditions of housing families, although from the middle of the last decade the main growth of population is located in the urban, the National Development Plan 2014-2018, given the peace process, seek to renew life in the country, strengthening the quality of life of the peasants, through the construction and improvement of housing interest Social Rural (VISR), this article is intended to carry out a diagnosis of the political evolution of housing and a review of regulations issued by the national Government for support on issues of housing subsidy, conditions and value requirements housing, saving requested, conditions of families and identification of the entities responsible for the promotion of rural housing and allocation of subsidies. We will find a comparison to show that the national Government should continue to work on strengthening of standards supporting preference-giving entities grant in budgetary requirements more consistent income of farm families, as well as the quantification of the family agricultural units (UAF) opposite the area of land that different households have. Finally, it is important to the consolidation of resolutions, decrees and laws that issued the different entities of the State that affect areas, budget, requirements for the construction of rural social housing.

This paper presents the results of the design of a model for the detection and correction of anomalous propagation of a meteorological radar data in equatorial zones, specifically in the Colombian geography. Initially, the decoding of the data measure by the radar was made, then this data got a statistical analysis, this information allowed to define the variables that were used and the weighting of each of them in the developed model. Then the detection and correction algorithm of the model was designed. Finally, a series of tests was developed that allowed validating the proper functioning of the model obtaining margins of error up to 4.67%.

Technological advance has demanded creation of electronic control devices called Software. In this context the technological industry has generated exaggerated income at the expense of users who don’t know which are their true requirements and, thus, cannot choose freely what they need to perform tasks of daily life, relapsing in unnecessary expenses and “investments” and generating benefits for certain sectors. This essay aims at providing a global opinion on what is called Software and knowing their different forms to perform and make related decisions with freedom. All this because it’s necessary to have user role awareness and, in this way, help improve user's’ current situation as individuals in constant relationship to other subjects.

The most used rehabilitation methods for people with amputation is the prosthesis. A transtibial prosthesis is an artificial limb that replaces a leg missing below the knee. To achieve the proper fit between the prosthesis and the person, the alignment of the prosthesis is performed, this will allow the amputee subject to have stability, comfort, adequate distribution of forces and moments, ipsi and contralateral equality, among others. Static alignment tends to be subjective, it is performed in an observational manner by experts in the field. The present investigation shows a proposal to perform the static alignment in an objective way, based on the distribution of pressure on the plantar surface and the location of the Pressure Center COP). With the use of machine learning systems, such as the vector support machine (SVM), and the named biomechanical variables, a computational tool was generated that shows if there is alignment of the prosthesis. A yield close to 100% was obtained with the proposed model. It is verified that with the use of technological resources in the area of rehabilitation of amputees can perform objectively the static alignment of transtibial prostheses.

In the city of Tunja there are no sources of information and exact indicators that establish the amount of tires used and discarded in clandestine dumps, house yards and storage centers, which generate negative impact on the environment and the health of the inhabitants, evidencing the need to generate a logistic solution. An investigation of quantitative approach of type applied as a case study is presented. The CVRP method was used, which consists of the design of a set of routes of lower cost, where each client is visited only once by a single vehicle and all routes begin and end at a center of gravity; as results, the characterization and design of a logistic model was achieved, which integrated the location of collection point, demand, collection routes, capacities, as a solid and updated tool that would generate environmental alternatives for the city.

Objective: perform a literature review on the behavior of harmonics a cause of LED lighting. Method: raise an in-depth research on Bibliographic Indexes (IB) and Bibliographic Bases with Selection Committee (BBCS) on Harmonics in LED lighting. The following article presents the electric behavior of LED illumination focused on harmonic distortion, analyzing topics such as harmonic generation, harmonics standards, harmonic solving, among others; each topic mentioned is accompanied by its respective citation to guarantee the copyright and give the reader a dynamic movement between what is stated in this work and the works cited. Results: a thorough investigation was carried out in detail, focusing on the harmonics in LED lighting, analyzing its current state and consequences with respect to other conventional luminaires and the energy system.

This research was developed to compensate for the low supply of sensors that handle the TCPIP communication protocol, and its high cost in the market, therefore, the need to make a new proposal for a lower cost industrial sensor is identified. The project was developed on an FPGA contained in a development card that has an Ethernet port and an embedded processor installed in it, communication is established to transmit the data taken by an ultrasonic sensor and send them with the TCPIP protocol

The article describes a technological-pedagogical pattern called Learning Path. It is a stream of activities oriented to the development of education and understanding. It was designed on the basis of the comprehensive activities proposed by Perkins (1999), and is aimed at the teaching of any content for all types of student and is part of a management system of objects of programming of open content. It consists of three moments didactic defined as the display - Attention (Start or introduction to the system); understanding (development of comprehensive activities) and integration (Closing Process Integrator). It was prepared following a descriptive scheme using four generic elements that are: the name of the pattern; context of pattern; system of force or problem and solution. With this virtual strategy seeks to reduce the difficulties in regard to the acquisition, processing and transfer of information that occurs in people with difficulties to attend classroom training.

This article aims to characterize the tax culture in the ninth graders National Externado School of Colombia, based on a diagnosis that was made based on the information obtained from the perceptions of students in grade nine of the institution on the tax culture, through a survey of a sample of 64 students of a total population in the school of 545 students. The result is that the degree of knowledge against taxation is low, so in this paper two activities are proposed to increase this knowledge.

This paper, is a report that presents the results of the use of SCALA and ARASAAC free web software with Tomás, a student of a municipal public school in the city of Novo Hamburgo, state of Rio Grande do Sul / Brazil. Tomás is egress from a private school that offered little in regard to proposals and learning strategies for students in the inclusion process. This boy comes to school with significantly lower handicap to its power and poor condition of learning, presenting also a well marked limitation in terms of his oral language and comorbidity 'psychic immaturity'. After a period of adjustments and assessments, discussions with parents, teachers, professionals and contact with his previous school, Tomás started the Educational Specialized care with the use of alternative communication in teaching strategies. The SCALA and ARASAAC software were used as pedagogical devices providing learning and development. Resulting in a work focused on alternative communication throughout all of the school, with his colleagues and Family, which brought to him the ability to communicate, to speak, to give his opinion and actively act in environments where he is involved and in which he lives.

The basic hypothesis of the article is that actual available data of Bogota’s urban vehicular speed mobility (2007-2011) should induce to a relative urban vehicular immobility (RUVI) affecting the local gross domestic product (GDP). To proof or falsify the hypothesis we analyze the implicit impact of RUVI over GDP specifically from: a) Cost effectiveness of the private capital invested buying new urban particular cars which RUVI should induce toward a relative sub utilization of its installed capability; b) Labor force competitiveness depending of the duration of journeys from home to work sites; and c) Non accounted freight costs induced from delays of cargo during urban Bogota’s journey when cargo arrives from sea ports. By the way of conclusion proof the hypothesis about the aggregate negative impact of the RUVI on local GDP and induces to enforce the model additionally focusing on collateral macro and microeconomic, such as ecosystemic and regulatory variables.

The ethnic educational digital resources with ludic content, stimulate indigenous communities to use technology as a way to strengthen the language, culture and support the preservation of its roots. From the ludic, we seek the learner to think and act in the midst of a situation that was built with resemblance to their reality and according to a pedagogical purpose. In this work ludic ethnic-educational resources aimed at fostering cultural identity are proposed, as well as the acquisition of knowledge and enclosing various interactive activities under a unique cosmic vision of Colombian indigenous communities.

The present investigation is focus in the potential and market process of products to micro-enterprises, this study was implemented by agent-based, modeling using Netlogo platform and based on the stategy of referrals and three micro strategies based on network indicators such as centrality of degree and density. The implemented simulation showed how the average sales that an enterpreneur has, depend on the chosen micro strategy to promote their products and in most cases, high connected contacts have more probability of spreding a product in a market.

The aim of this article is to propose a multiagent model which incorporates context awareness characteristics in order to support collaborative learning activities into virtual learning environments, by using Ontologies and Awareness Services. The characteristics related to contextual monitoring, group interaction, and the alerts, offered by the model allow students and teachers to be aware about the learning situation and the progress of collaborative activities proposed., ontologies are used to model the different students learning styles, as well as the strengths and weaknesses exhibited by a specific group. The Awareness Services built are used to monitoring collaborative processes such as group participation, learning activity progress, shared agendas, among others. Based on the model proposed, a prototype was implemented and validated through a case of study. Considering the obtained results by using each of the technologies proposed to support collaborative learning processes we can conclude the effectiveness of the model.
