The so-called social entrepreneurship seeks satisfaction and personal fulfillment by promoting social welfare, positively changing life in society. Knowing that this type of entrepreneurship is recent in the country, its dissemination in the student community and in society in general is necessary, aiming to make the subject known and stimulating the interest in social entrepreneurship, so that the difficulties of the communities, especially the most needy, decrease. This article seeks to clarify aspects ofsocial entrepreneurship, focusing on the female gender. In this sense, it was investigated among the students of FACAP/UFMT courses, what are their perceptions and intentions regarding female social entrepreneurship, highlighting the characteristics, origins and importance of this type of entrepreneurship. The research was conducted through an Entrepreneurial Intent questionnaire, consisting of 23 closed questions and 1 open question. The questionnaire is based and adapted from the Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire -EIQ (LIÑÁN; CHEN, 2009). The data indicatedthat 66% of the students intend to undertake some kind of social activity in the future, even without having an opinion on the subject. Thus, it is evident the need to expand the studies relatedto this theme.

The development of the Science and Technology Institutions goes through the debate about the progress of research and the impact of the productions made by researchers and academia. Based on this, the goal of this study was to map the scientific production of researchers from a federal educational institution, the IFMT. Using secondary data collection and bibliometric methods, the study provides information on resource applications for funding scientific research in the institution, besides were evaluated the scientific productions of research projects. As results, were presented the bibliographic production of part of the research projects, as well as the reports of the coordinators about the challenges, suggestions and new ways for research in the institution.

The State of Minas Gerais has no savings to finance expenses demanded by the population and public investments. This is the reason for seeking in the Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) resources to finance economic growth without jeopardizing the fiscal adjustment.PPPs have been presented as an instrument capable of leveraging economic growth in countries without resources to finance public spending by complementing public savings. Such proposition is denied by the Public Choice theory, which stated that politicians are subject to interest groups. The purpose of this paper is to verify if PPPs contribute to public accounts adjustment and, consequently, to the financing of the economic growth in Minas Gerais in light of the Public Choice theory. The analysis is based on the deductive method and confronts governmental actions with the behavior foreseen by the Public Choice theory and to advance in understanding and predicting the impact of PPPs on public accounts. The analysis of Minas Gerais’ public accounts evidences an expansion of social security deficits and personnel expenditures, which consume eventual fiscal gains resulting from the PPPs.

The key to winning and retaining customers is to create a satisfying experience in people's minds. Satisfaction is the feeling of pleasure or disappointment that results from comparing the expected performance of a particular service or product against consumer expectations. The aim of the study is to analyze the satisfaction of customers in relation to commerce in a city in the state of Paraná. This study was conducted by means of a bibliographic research and the nature of the research variables is characterized as quantitative. Sampling was not probabilistic for convenience. Data were collected through 120 questionnaires applied to consumers. The results show that the city's trade has some negative and some positive factors, where the main findings indicate that the hygiene and cleanliness of the stores receive the best rating (of “great/good”), with 75,0%, while the post sales appear with 23,8% (of “great/good”).
