CIVIL CONSTRUCTION WASTE: Comparative study of two companies in Rondonopolis-MT

This research aims to know the processes of transformation and reuse of solid waste of two construction companies in the city of Rondonópolis-MT. Thus, the objective is to analyze the processes of transformation and reuse of solid waste of two construction companies (RCC) in the city of Rondonópolis-MT, being (E1) and (E2), in the light of the tools of 7R's -sustainability of management -and the behavioral performance (CARROLL, 1979). The method was based on the exploratory and descriptive study using quantitative and qualitative case study by questionnaires to the two managers, with analyzes using the 7R's tools and behavioral performance, crossed by data triangulation. For E1, class A solid wast was treated to reuse, reuse, recycle, recover with proactive performance; in class B waste, it was suitable for reuse and recycling, with accommodative performance; Class C and D residues were intersected in Rethink and Refuse, with reactive performance. At E2, it resulted in Class A waste to be reused fromproactive performance; in class B waste, it settled down to reuse and recycle, with accommodative performance; Class C and D residues fit into rethinking and refusing with reactive performance.
