One of the most challenging and complicated issues in city management in the present decade for Bangladesh is the traffic problem. It is a very common phenomenon in almost all the cities of Bangladesh. Presently, traffic congestion problem in Bangladesh are increasing at an alarming rate. The traffic problem has become to a very dangerous arena and has already implicit agonizing extent in the cities of Bangladesh. This type of study has been conducted in Dhaka but not in Chittagong city. Traffic management in Chittagong is not well organized as Dhaka so that the problem is becoming more complicated as the number of people in Chittagong is increasing and it is getting the priority after Dhaka. This article is dedicated to determine the current condition of traffic management in Chittagong City. This article explore the causes involved in traffic congestion including heavy concentration of vehicles, absence of adequate public transport, inadequate road infrastructure, faulty signaling equipment and poor enforcement of traffic rules. At the end of the paper the researchers triedto identify the solution of traffic jam in Chittagong Metropolitan City. Recruitment and Selection is a foundation of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices and its integration to business is critical to achieve organisational strategic goals. Better recruitment and selection strategies result in improved organizational outcomes. The basic objective of this research is to explorethe recruitment and selection procedures of NGOs basedon BRAC; with analyzing these some recommendations are made to improve recruitment and selection practices. Here both primary and secondary sources are used for data collection and a structured questionnaire/ check lists was used to keep the research. The findings suggest that the largest NGOs emphasize professionalism and careerorientations and implement long-term, forward looking approaches in their selection, recruitment, and remuneration. The small and mid-size NGOs, however, do not possess HR/ personnel management practices of their own; rather they follow and imitate larger members. This paper aims to examine public relation practices in Bangladesh, weighing its ethical implications from an Islamic perspective and investigates whether it comply with Islam’s ethical specifications to facilitate Muslim Marketer’s thoughts and practices. The paper uses Qur’an (Chapter 3, Verse 103) as a theoretical framework to critically evaluate relevant information to ascertain the extent of ethical legitimacy of promotional strategies used in public relations in Bangladesh. It cites relevant references from Qur’an and Sunnãh as interpretive evidences and methodology. Islam puts stress on institutionalizing ethics in every aspects of Business. This complete code of life strongly recommends Muslims to do business which should certainly be in the ethical framework guided by Shari’ah. The existing public relation strategies in Bangladesh are ethically dubious. Undue influence, exertion of too much political power, flattering, fabrication, falsehood, and bribery are very much common practices done by the corporations to build favorable public relations. No ways are these in compliance with Islamic Ethical Values. This paper suggests the necessity for further research into the ethical dimensions of business practices in Bangladesh to promote ethical awareness in the society. This study includes mutual socio-economic and ethical responsibilities among Bangladeshi Marketers to save the society from corruption and moral deterioration. Research work has been done on how to create a brand supporting behavior but most of the time the existing insights have generally stemmed from research with management, brand practitioner’s and even consumers’ perspectives. Very little has been done to research the employees’ perception towards internal branding and to compare the view of the management and employees’ on internal communication. The existing researches are also done on mostly in the context of the businesses in industrialize countries whereas this research would be an intent to find the internal branding practice in a service firm in a country of developing economy. This would able to identify the gap in the practice of internal branding in different socio-economical context.This research is dedicated to find out both back end and front end skilled employees’ view towards internal communication in a service firmand based on the findings attempt would be done to see whether the staffs perceive their role differently towards the brand. For conducting the research qualitative data were gathered from the qualitative survey by questioning different employee and management about the internal brand communication and the analysis was done on that.With the respondents view on the internal marketing process, the management do not have fully structured plan to implement a sound internal branding strategy. With a given economical constraint it is not always possible to practice all the aspect of management science, but from the study of the company we can see that service firms such as ISP(internet service provider) companies in weaker economical countries could increase the internal communication practice by just altering the existing inter-departmental communication monitored by innovative senior management, coordination of HRM and Marketing with input from engineers. The article examines the issues and challenges faced by non-bank financial institutions in Bangladesh. At present the main concern of NBFIs of Bangladesh is collecting fund for investment at a lower cost. Due to current liquidity crisis of banks, it became difficult for them to have funds at a reasonable cost. Other issues stem from severe competition from banks, volatile stock market, and lack of trained human resource and absence of secondary market for loan products. It is suggested that NBFIs have to search for alternative and low cost source of funds, find appropriate way to diversify their product in a manner attractive to people and restrict their investment in low-risk project.
