A comparison of the level of physical health of university students of Zaporozhye in 2000/2001 and 2011/2012 school year was based on analysis of the strength of the special medical groups and exempt from the practical physical education classes. A total of 643 students of the course I Zaporozhye State Medical University at the age of 17 to 23 years (September 2011) and 107 students of special medical groups. Found that compared to the 2000/2001 school year the number of university students spetsmedgruppy of Zaporozhye is not increased to the beginning of the 2011/2012 school year, 17,5%.

The goal of the research is to find out the most favourable age periods for the development of speed-strength abilities at the boys aged 11–14 with different physique. The typological groups of the boys were distinguished according to the total body sizes. The comparative analysis of speed-strength preparedness level of the boys aged 11–14 was conducted; conventionally referred to four groups. The boys of different typological groups were found to differ significantly according to the level of speed-strength abilities. The value of index growth of speed-strength abilities at the boys aged 11–14 of different somatic types was found to differ significantly in the result of short standard training program of sprint focus. Application of unique methodical approach and complex of adequate methods of research on large homogeneous experimental material allowed to find out conformities to the law of morpho-functional transformations of structure of long bones of animals which take place in the conditions of the different modes of motive activity in the different age groups. The moderate physical loadings are the factor of inhibition of involutive changes in humeral bones. In the group of young animals the processes of narrowing of plate and multiplying activity of osteoblasts were observed, that mediated showed up multiplying the sizes of bones and their structure at experimental animals. In the group of animals with the expressed senile changes inhibition of mineralization of bone is noticed. It is set that the effect of action of the different modes of motive activity on the processes of morphogenesis depends on age and also intensity and duration of the physical loadings. The results of the conducted research have both theoretical and practical value, as they give a methodical base for the studding of transformations of adaptations in the bone system, determination of range of its transformations. Experimentally confirmed possibility of prognostication of training exercises and dosed physical loadings with the purpose of correction of structural changes to the skeleton depending on age

The article presents the analysis of the manifestations of the cardiovascular system in adolescents 12 years of age, playing football. Shows that the level of adaptation of young athletes depend on their biological age, which coincides with all passport. The best indicators of cardio-vascular system in football with an accelerated biological development. These heart rate, blood pressure and ECG parameters changes indicate a certain level of adaptation to physical stress. Young footballers with accelerated development demonstrate a high level of adaptation in comparison to their peers with normal and, especially, slow development.
