Reassembling of Image fragment problems arises in many scientific field like archeology, forensics and many other. To solve such a problem of reassembling of image fragments by human intervention takes a lot time. And sometimes it might be costlier. To overcome this problem, we are working on a system which will automatically reassemble those image fragments to form original image. With the help of 2D image fragment and contour detection algorithms we can make an efficient use of this system. Reassembling technique is divided into four types. Initially content based image retrieval system is use to identify spatially adjacent fragment. The second step is dynamic programming technique to identify matching contour segment. Third step is to identify optimal transformation to align matching contour segment and last step is overall image reassembling. With the help of these algorithms an optimal transformation in contour can be detected. Doing automation in such work will certainly help in faster, more efficient and patiently reassembling this image fragments.

Aspergillus flavus is a cosmopolitan fungus that uses to grow almost every type of environmental and nutritional conditions. It produces a group of toxins called aflatoxins. These aflatoxins are the primary cause of liver cancer and immunosuppressant in the peoples that consume the aflatoxins rich diet. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common cancers worldwide. The majority of the cases are in south East Asia and Africa. Prospective epidemiological studies have shown a multiplicative interaction between the hepatic virus B (HBV) and aflatoxins in term of HCC risk. In the present study we are trying to isolate microbes from the soil that can potentially be used for the biocontrol of Aspergillus flavus toxigenic strain. A microbial library was formed and each microbe was tested under various varied nutritional changes. We have taken soil samples from the various soil locations including the outer skirts of Himalaya river Yamuna, some garden soil and soil from extreme environmental conditions. Using serial dilution and agar plating methodes we tried to isolate the microbial flora present in the soil and these flora were tested against the A. flavus if that isolated microbe have some potential to control the A. flavus. That microbe is identified using the 16srRNA gene sequence analysis.

Cloud computing provides an economical and efficient solution for sharing group resource among cloud users. Privacy preservation and secure sharing of the data over un-trusted cloud is still a challenging issue, due to the frequent change of the membership. A secure multi owner data sharing technique is proposed for dynamic groups in the cloud. By using group signature and dynamic broadcast encryption techniques, any cloud user can anonymously share data with others. In this paper we will review various techniques which used for secure data sharing and privacy preservation with its pitfalls.

Environmental deterioration in India is eminent due to rapid industrialization and intense Urbanization due to industrialization. The poor air quality is one of the most serious environmental problem in the world. Transportation, industrial power generation, toxic substances, gases in the atmosphere have effect on our food supply, health, plant human life and economy. Present study deals with the observation made on the plants on roadside in comparison to plants in controlled area. On roadside plants having heavy auto-exhaust pollution load. Present studies were made on Cassia occidentalis taken from Garh road, Railway road, Delhi road and University road. These changes have been worked out on the basis of percentage of reduction in various parameters in tested plants. Due to high concentration of automobile pollution, the number of stomata, stomatal index and stomatal density were reduced and Number of epidermal cells and epidermal density were increased. Variation in stomatal index and stomatal density on the adaxial and abaxial surface has been observed in these plants.

The kinetic study for the bromination of the regioisomers of cresol in aqueous medium by molecular bromine has been carried out using the competition technique. These reactions are rapid and are found to be of the second order. The specific reaction rates determined at 26.0o C are 1.5 x 104, 3.0 x 104 and 50.0 x 104 M-1 s-1 for the ortho, para and meta isomers respectively. These values quantitatively justify the relative reactivity of these regioisomers in aqueous medium which has been qualitatively speculated hitherto for these rapid bromination reactions.

India has a long coastline of over 8000 Km with associated continental shelf of 0.5 million Km2 and an Exclusive Economic Zone of 2.04 Χ 106 Km2. Estuary is an integral part of the coastal environment. Estuaries have been the focal point of the maritime studies and activities. The health status and the biological diversity of the Indian estuarine ecosystem are deteriorating day by day through anthropogenic activities and dumping of enormous quantities of wastes. The present research work has been carried out to determine the status of soil along the estuarine area of Bhayander and Naigaon of Thane district. The soil along the estuarine area of Bhayander and Naigaon is silty in texture and the percentage of organic matter is more during monsoon and less during the post and pre monsoon period. Alkalinity is found to be less in monsoon and more during post and pre monsoon possibly due to washing away of the carbonates and bicarbonate substances by the rainwater. Similar condition is exhibited for Chlorides in the soil samples of both the stations. The percentage of organic matter in the soil sample of estuarine area of Bhayander and Naigaon was found to be high which indicates slight soil pollution in the estuarine area. This estuarine soil pollution may be because of dumping of religious refuges and also of wastes such as paper, household waste etc.

Urban Air Quality Management in developing countries due to vehicular pollution causes significant impacts. Increased traffic especially in cities and the exhaust from the vehicles cause adverse effect on the health of the people. It also affects the vegetation growing near the traffic intersections. Among the various categories, air pollution by automobiles is the most insidious one, which exerts highly detrimental effects on living organisms. Ambient air pollution in several large cities of India is amongst some of the highest in the world. Present study deals with the observation made on Cassia occidentalis on different roadsides having heavy pollution load in comparison to control. The studies were made on Cassia occidentalis taken from Garh Road, Delhi Road, Railway Road, and University Road. Reduction in chlorophyll contents were found to be depends on pollution concentration. An increase significant reduction was observed at highly polluted sites due to high concentration of automobile pollution, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content were reduced.

This paper Concerns with an Experimental and Computational vibration analysis of piezo-laminated cantilever beam. Since vibration is an important parameter is need to consider will design an structural component specially in turbo machinery and automobile sector where main structure such as wings of aircraft, naval vessel etc are subjected to static as well as dynamic loads if these loads are not counter balance this may leads to catastrophic failure. In this analysis a rectangular aluminum beam and there surface is bounded with piezoelectric patches. The bean is subjected to CFFF boundary condition because the cantilever position governs this B.C is modeled with the help of ANSYS 14.5. The obtained result shows good agreement with the experimental result.

The use of conventional water and wastewater treatment processes becomes increasingly challenged with the identification of more and more contaminants, rapid growth of population and industrial activities, and diminishing availability of water resources. It is need of present day to find out proper and reliable technology which is use for treatment of waste water. This paper present the finest design of laboratory scale wastewater treatment plant, which is a combination of natural and physical operations such as primary settling with cascaded water flow, aeration, agitation and filtration (Dual media filter), hence called as hybrid treatment process. The economical performance of the plant for treatment of sewage showed in terms of reduction of organic load of sewage pollutants such as COD (80%), TDS (80%), TSS (81%), and total hardness (78%). Hence, this technology could be a good alternative to treat wastewater for landscaping, gardening, toilet flushing, floor washing, and irrigation.

The present investigation aimed to determine toxicological effects of mercury chloride on biochemical parameters of the widely consumed catfish Heteropneustes fossilis. Adult specimens were exposed to LC50 concentration (0.5ppm) of mercury chloride for 96 hrs. Empirical data of result obtained were subjected to statistical analysis of variance to test the effects of mercury, vitamin E and exposure period. The mean value of Liver, Intestine and gills, biochemical parameters, Protein SOD, CAT, and GSH were significantly increased from the control value. Vitamin C and Vitamin E supplementation play appositive role in detoxification of mercury toxicity specially the low dose. The result suggests that mercury chloride can negatively affect the physiology of fish. It was observation that supplementation effect of mercury.

In the existing study, an efforts has been made to evaluate and determine oganophosphorus pesticides in biological samples by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. A new specific sensitive chromogenic reagent has been developed for the detection of “Profenofos”, an organophosphorus insecticide / acaricide. Profenofos on heating with sodium hydroxide undergoes hydrolysis forming 2-methyl-4-bromo-6-chlorophenol (ll). This hydrolysed product reacts with o-Toluidine in presence of potassium ferricyanide and forms pink- violet complex on HPTLC. This reagent is specific for profenofos other organophosphorous insecticide failed to give a colour spot The sensitivity of the reagent is 5μg.

Twenty three fungal species were found associated with seeds of eight cultivars of pearl millet. Maximum fungi were reported from seeds of var. BJ- 104 and ICMS-7703.Starch nitrate medium was more favourable than glucose nitrate and bajra flour nitrate medium for amylase production by fungi. Maximum amylase production was produced by Aspergillus flavus, Curvularia pallecens and nil by Cladosporium herbarium. Amylase production was completely inhibited by Foltaf and Zincop and they followed by Hexafer-10, Dithane M-45, Zineb-75, Bavistin, Captan and Dithante Z-78.

The present paper deals with the new species of the cestode from the genus Aliezia.Collected from small intestine of domesticated sheep from Warud in Dist Amravati of Maharashtra. It is characteracised by having four suckers, narrow neck, and mature segments with double set of reproductive organs with interproglottedal glands in one raw on either side of proglottid at their lateral corners at intersegmental region.
