The paper shows that the volume impregnation of the concrete matrix in case of using granular nanostructured aggregate is an example of several anthropogenic metasomatosis such as phase replacement with the change of the chemical composition, as well as formation of new paragenesises, transformation of characteristics of final material. It is shown the impregnation of concrete with modifying solution results in microstructure impaction and homogenization; grain surface is covered with micro- and nano-sized new formations with different morphology. Considering the relevance of researches related to the development of new lightweight concrete aggregates and modification of traditionally used aggregates application of nanostructured granular aggregate for the implementation epicrystal modification of lightweight concrete based on inorganic binders is proposed.

The results of research on hydrophobic impregnation of dense concrete with composition «Aquastat» designed for manufacture of road and airfield plates are presented. It was found that after having been treated with waterrepellent agent the concrete sample is resistant to wetting, i.e. it gets hydrophobic properties. At the same time the water absorption of the samples treated for 24 hours at atmospheric pressure is reduced in three times, and soaked for 0.5 hours under vacuum decreases 5.5 times. It was revealed that the hydrophobic roperties of fine-grained concrete impregnated with «Aquastat» may be atthe same level of those of dense concrete based on coarse filler. Substantially increased hydrophobic properties of dense concrete (more than 5 times) allow authors to forecast twice increased service life of road and airfield plates treated by «Aquastat» composition.

The paper considers the possibility of using integrated multifunctional additives based on carbon nanotubes and zeolites (natural and synthetic) in construction materials. The nanotubes were produced by catalytic chemical vapor deposition. The streamlined modification of the zeolite structure was performed by impregnating initial materials with a nanotubes-supported catalyst. The present experimental research focused on studying the effect of the synthesized nanomodifying additive on the physicomechanical properties of a composite construction material. Based on the obtained data, it was assumed that when entering the concrete structure, zeolite acts not only as mineral additive but also as nanotubes carrier under the chosen nanomodification conditions for the construction material, thereby allowing for uniform distribution of carbon nanoparticles in the composite matrix; on the other hand, the adsorption properties of zeolite can be reinforced by the presence of carbon in the structure.

The paper presents data on the synthesis of nanosized filler for nonpolar polymer matrix. Aqueous solution of sodium methylsiliconate with empirical formula CH3–Si(OH)2ONa was used as the base component for the synthesis of nanosized filler. The production process of filler consists of several stages, these are the main ones: synthesizing of gel that was obtained in gel formation from sol colloidal solution – transformation of free-dispersed system (sol) into connected-dispersed one; gel precipitation by centrifugation and washing from ion Na+; gel drying at temperature of 100оC to obtain a powder filler; dispersion in the mill to the particle size of 0,1–1 microns.
