Given the serious condition of the patient, clinical and paraclinic hinted a pulmonary embolism, spiral CT was performed proving the presence of massive pulmonary thromboembolism. Patient received electrolyte rebalancing, anticoagulant therapy and trophic brain. During hospitalization, the patient experienced cardiac arrest, but he was successfully resuscitated.
