The article stated the lack of generally accepted interpretation of the psychological security of the individual and substantiates the possibility of using it for the interpretation of the fractal approach. In the framework of psychological security of the person is understood as a special state of well-being and integration of "openness" of the subject changes, allowing it to reproduce invariant in new environmental conditions. Indicator of psychological safety is called persistence of personality identification signs. Based on the integration of states that underlie psychological safety, positioned basic life purpose entity, full of personal meaning. Structuring the personality and behavioral guidelines specifying it in the end, provides accountability of external and internal factors of psychological safety of the person. Defects basic purpose (no, immaturity, fictitious) weaken the security of the individual psychological resources. Significant resource of psychological safety of the person designated by its own history. Fractal approach allows to take into account the systemic, procedural, dynamic and fundamental incompleteness of psychological safety of the person and opens up prospects for technological development practices its software.

The article deals with the psychological aspects of the phenomenon of the subject security. Security is interpreted at the level of the subjective phenomenon, integrally reflect the level it controls the action of various external and internal factors. On a subjective level, it is experienced as the security and the preservation of the feasibility of a major life goal. The work to elect a new perspective of studying the problem. Subjective safety is analyzed as a dynamic state, totally dependent on the quality of life of human resources. Most holistic resource security man called vitality of his personality. The empirical part of the study confirmed the number of connections subjective values of safety and resilience of the human. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between motivational factors of employment and value orientations of employees of the educational organization. As a hypothesis was the assumption of the existence of a link between value orientations of employees of the educational organization and motivating factors of employment. As a result of research we came to the conclusion that employees with strong values, high wealth and high social status of the main motivational factors of employment are wages, autonomy in work and friendly team; for employees with the values of fellowship, relaxation, and helping other people, the main motivators are positive the result of reflection and recognition, and approval by staff. A direct statistically significant correlation between performance on a scale diagnostics of achievement motivation and the technique of diagnostics of value orientations confirmed the obtained results.

More often than not, people automatically make guilty inferences from physical appearance despite little evidence for their accuracy. This has usually been extended to the criminal justice system. Wrongful convictions have therefore not been uncommon in our society and people who are culpable are sometimes exonerated. Sometimes it is not until innocent persons have finished their sentence or executed before their innocence is known. Research in legal psychology has thus, usually focused on physical characteristics and its impact on trustworthiness, and guilty decisions and severity of sentences. This paper systematically reviewed studies on the influence of physical characteristics on legal decisions so far. In addition, some recommendations have been proposed for further research based on gaps identified from our analysis.

The article offers new theoretical and practical approaches to consideration of integrated sex and gender developments of the person. The concept «sex and gender development of integrated individuality » is given. Also, the article states and conceptually interpretes the methodological and theoretical bases for creation of a new interdisciplinary scientific direction in system of psychological knowledge – integrative psychology of sex and gender developments of the person`s individuality. The subject, the basic directions and research problems integrative psychology sex and gender developments of individuality of the person are stated. Specificities of gender structures of individuality of younger schoolchildren in various conditions of activity and depending on various properties of the subject of activity are investigated. It is revealed, that uniqueness of gender structures of integral individuality of teenagers depends on dialectic unity objective and subjective, from an integral parity of the basic tendencies of development of individuality.
