Vietnam is a country rich in mineral resources, including coal, copper, oil, natural gas etc. Coal reserves, located mainly in the Quang Ninh province, have been estimated as high as 8.6 billion tons. Alongside with economic and social benefits, coal mining has negative impacts on the environment, such as air and water pollution. This article presents study on application of remote sensing technique for evaluation of air pollution influence on the mining area of Quang Ninh province, the northeastern coast of Vietnam, using multispectral image LANDSAT 5 TM. The results obtained in this study can be used to create air quality map, and to reduce environmental impacts of mining.

Information about the processes of lake sedimentation in the northern Black Sea coast, and time series analysis of modern computer processing techniques opens up the possibility of a chronological correlation between the scale of climate change and the main ethnic-historical and economic processes which characterized the ancient statehood zone in its key historical manifestations. For the first time it has been deep processed using the methods of time series analysis and Neural network software for data on water consumption in the Dnieper River, which had been restored by the changes bottom sediment thickness Saki lake for a period of 1000 years (6th – 4th centuries B.C.). It was found that the 1000-year period observed 370 years (37 %) with severe and 60 (6 %) with very strong anomalies in the hydrological conditions, which may serve as an indicator of extreme climatic events. And throughout ancient history among extreme events longer met excessively wet years than drought years. Millennium (in 50 B.C.) It was characterized by a sharp change in climatic conditions, allowing for moisture conditions antiquity divided into two age-old period. Defined by two periods of climatic analogue era, which is associated with the story of Herodotus (4th centuries B.C.): 388-288 B.C. and 171-281 A.D. In ancient times the greatest above normal streamflow observed in 400-320 B.C. and in the last quarter of the 4th centuries B.C. The middle of the 3 c. B.C. – it marked the most arid phase. Dates major paleogeographic stages of age-old dimension (five of the most full-flowing periods and six low-water periods) were determined and compared with the key events of the ancient history of Northern Black Sea region was held.

In this paper authors analyze the structure of agricultural holdings in Montenegro; persons engaged in work on family agricultural holdings and used agricultural land family agricultural holdings. The total number of agricultural households in Montenegro in 2010 is 48.870. Out of that 48.824 are family agricultural holdings. According to is size class of utilized agricultural land 15.418 of family agricultural holdings in the interval of 0.1- 0.5 ha or 31.6 %. Working on agricultural households engaged an average of 2.03 people. Of the total of 48.824 bearers of family agricultural holdings 6.286 women, i.e. 12.87 %, while 42.538 men, i.e. 87.13 %. How would family agricultural holdings in Montenegro improved its physical and economic performance and become more competitive, it is necessary to obtain the support of political leaders, through the implementation of a number of support measures: ensuring predictable and stimulating agricultural and overall economic policy; market development (agricultural products, capital, land); creating a stimulating business environment for higher investment, employment, overall economic development and diversification of income and activities of the rural population.

Special value in a complex of tourist and recreational resources of the Astrakhan region is occupied culturally – historical resources, the defining cultural and historical tourist and recreational capacity of the territory. This capacity of the Astrakhan region allows to develop the different types of rest. Centuries-old history and cultural monuments promote development here, first of all, of cultural and informative tourism, i.e. tourism which purpose is acquaintance with cultural heritage. Among cultural and historical objects the leading role belongs to historical and cultural monuments, the requirements of a cultural and informative recreation differing in the greatest appeal and serving as the main means of satisfaction, and also to the museums – as to the main way of inclusion of cultural and historical resources in system of tourist and recreational service. It is possible to carry to cultural and historical prerequisites of recreational branch also various cultural and historical phenomena: ethnographic and folklore sights, domestic industries, and also the remained folk customs etc.

This article discusses the use of GIS technology for mapping ecological trails in the «Bogdinsko–Baskunchak» state nature reserve. The article presents the analysis of the role of cartographic databases, GIS applications in the activities of specially protected areas of Russia that shows that a separate specially protected conservation area as a whole has a fairly diverse cartographic support, rather than meeting the requirements of the modern level of development of GIS-technologies. Some employees of protected areas used in the only topographic maps, land and forest management, which sometimes complicates the work. To do this, you need to work with and deal with space images ecotrail mapping of protected areas further. The creation of ecological trail «Bogdinsko–Baskunchak reserve» is only the first step in the process of organizing the full-featured GIS solutions. Such interactive maps may be part of the environmental management of the Astrakhan region.

Prognostic equations have been obtained for the prediction of the average monthly air temperature in one location (Telavi) that can be used in the forecast, in addition to the basic methods of monthly forecasts. It is planned to widespread use of the above approach to other geographical conditions, in order to detect the conditions for the possible use of p prognostic equations in practice.

In this article noise pollution is considered. In the modern cities noise pollution practically always has local character and is caused mainly by automobiles – city, railway and aviation. There is a complex of problems, both ecological, and social and economic in connection with which it is necessary to consider comprehensively and precisely changes of a noise situation in the city. Now there are several effective ways of reduction of city noise.
