In 1997, Sport and Environment Commission was established in an attempt to reduce destructive effects resulted from sports activities in environment by raising awareness among athletes, managers, authorities, and organizers of sports events in order for the athletes be able to carry out their sports activities in a healthy environment. The present study was carried out in order to examine the awareness status and sanitary and environmental interest among Zabul citizens and its relationship with the rate of their participation in physical activities. The statistical population included the outdoor and indoor sports spaces (a minimum of 250 m2) and the citizens of Zabul, Hamoon, and Zahak. The study sample consisted of 38 sports places and 380 participating citizens. The sample size was determined based on the proportion of the society to the minimum required sample size with an appropriate error limit. Data collection tools included a researcher-designed questionnaire and two data collection forms. The reliability coefficient of the sports participation questionnaire was 0.743 and the reliability of the sanitary and environmental checklist was 0.952. Descriptive statistics was employed in order to analyze the collected data, and one sample t-test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient were used to analyze correlation using SPSS 20.0. The results of the present study indicated that the level of awareness of the environmental and sanitary status of the sports places among the citizens was favorable. However, there was no significant relationship between awareness and sanitary and environmental interest and the level of participation in physical activities among Zabul citizens (p = 0.601, r = 0.079 and p = 0.712, r = 0.11, respectively). Moreover, there was no significant relationship between the citizens’ participation in physical activities and demographic characteristics of gender and education level (p = 0.725, r = 0.31); however, it was significant between age and participation in physical activities (p = 0.008, r = 0.430). Therefore, according to the results of the present study, it is recommended that sports managers and planners of Zabul attempt to maintain and raise the citizens’ awareness of an interest in environmental and sanitary status of sports places and provide different age groups with various choices in order to motivate them to participate in sports activities.

The study is relevant due to the lack of methods for assessing risk to the staff health from exposure to various substances in the production environment, which would take into account the responses of the body. To date, the procedure for special assessment of working conditions allows assessing the risk only at the level of establishing a class of working conditions in order to subsequently establish an additional payment for harmful working conditions, but not quantify the risk to the staff health. In this regard, this paper aims to assess non-carcinogenic risk to the health of the oil refinery staff and to identify dependencies between the magnitude of the risk and incidence of this staff. The leading approach to study this problem is to take into account both separate action of non-carcinogenic substances on individual organs and systems of the human body, and their combined effect to consider the effect of the chemical factor and take into account the effect of potentiation. The paper provides information on substances present in the work area, information about their danger, detailed analysis of their effects on the human body. Three scenarios for calculating non-carcinogenic risk for the workplace of the technician pump operator are considered as an example, an algorithm for the “dose-effect” model was provided, 26 risk groups for the staff of oil refinery were formed, information was provided on incidence of the staff, groups of diseases were identified by unidirectional action of the substances, dependence equations of non-carcinogenic risk and four nosological forms of diseases (respiratory diseases, diseases of kidneys and genitourinary system, eyes and its appendages, cardiovascular system) were obtained, reliability of the obtained dependences was assessed. The materials of the paper are of practical value for the researchers of this issue, employees of the occupational safety departments of enterprises for assessing the risk from exposure to the chemical factor, establishing relation of working conditions with occupational diseases of the staff, identifying risk groups among the staff of the enterprise workshops, and developing measures to improve working conditions.

As organizations gain more knowledge-based processes, they need more realistic and practical programs to manage the organizational knowledge as a strategic resource for future continuous improvements. The main aim of the present study was to assess the status and maturity of knowledge management in Karaj Municipality based on a codified and applied model in order to clarify the role of assessing knowledge management maturity and explain an approach through which knowledge management can be evaluated and improved in a strategic way, and constant improvements can be made in the municipality. With regard to its methodology, the present study was an applied descriptive survey. In so doing, the employees of Karaj Municipality were considered as the statistical population. To determine the sample size, Krejcie and Morgan decision making model was used, and the sample size was determined to be 154 individuals. However, since there was the possibility of incomplete questionnaires, 160 questionnaires were distributed among 160 randomly selected employees. Content validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire. In so doing, the questionnaires were reviewed by professors and experts in the field of knowledge management, and the final questionnaire was compiled after necessary modifications were made. In order to examine and assess the variables available in the model, SPSS and Excel were utilized. After the data collected using the questionnaires, interviews, and related documents and checklists were analyzed, the maturity assessment combined model for Karaj Municipality was presented in 8 fields in order to come up with a better view on strengths and weaknesses of Karaj Municipality. At last, strategies to improve knowledge management in Karaj Municipality were presented.

In this paper, the major concentration is an efficient and user based data hosting service for hybrid cloud. It provides friendly transaction scheme with the features of cost effective and high availability to all users. This framework intelligently puts data into cloud with effective cost and high availability. This gives a plan of proof of information respectability in which the client has utilize to check the rightness of his information. In this study, the major cloud storage vendors in India are considered and the parameters like storage space, cost of storage, outgoing bandwidth and type of transition mode. Based on available knowledge on all parameters of existing cloud service providers in India, the intelligent hybrid cloud data hosting framework are assured to customers for low cost and high availability with mode of transition. It guarantees that the ability at the customer side is negligible and which will be helpful for customers.

Impulse buying is a highly important aspect of customer behavior. It emerges as a dominant phenomenon in customer behavior and is a vital concept in the market. The aim of the present study is to examine the factors that affect impulse buying in cosmetics market. Regarding its aim, the present investigation was an applied study and in terms of its method and nature, it was a causal study. Cosmetics customers in Sanandaj were selected as the statistical population. Cochran sampling method was used to determine a study sample of 384 individuals. After 422 questionnaires were distributed, 396 were returned and considered as the basis for final analysis. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed based on the experts’ opinions and confirmatory factor loadings and the obtained Cronbach’s alpha showed its appropriate reliability. Statistical equations were used as the statistical method, and data analysis was carried out using LISREL statistical software. The results of the present study showed that individual and situational factors affect the customers’ impulse buying. Among individual factors, the aspect of assets and financial wealth, and among situational factors, the aspect of the salesperson’s behavior had the most effect on impulse buying.
