The destroyed crowns of multirooted teeth can be restored by usingdemountable cast post-and-core inlaysfollowed byreasonable orthopedic prosthetic repairs. This article provides the results of treatment of purulent wounds by combined method: surgical treatment, traditional antibacterial treatment, and chlorofylliptum injected intravenously and applied topically. The method of treatment of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis and pancreatic necrosis involves high flux hemodiafiltration of blood under predilution mode. 48 patients with insomnia were examined by polysomnography method, and 7 patients (14%) with pseudoinsomnia were identified. Their sleep was monitored with registration of EEG, EMG, EOG, ECG, heart rate, airflow, respiratory movements and blood oxygenation rates. The examination showed that the sleep of these patients slept for at least 6 hours, and the structure of sleep was hardly distorted.
