Bu çalışmada, örgütlerde stratejik planlamanın uygulanma başarısını ölçmeye yönelik olarak tasarlanmış ve yabancı kültürler üzerinde denenmiş bir ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanması, Türkçe geçerlik ve güvenilirlik sınamasının yapılması ve yerli yazına Türkçe bir ölçek kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu modelin kamu-özel sektör ayırımı olmadan tüm organizasyonlarda uygulanabilirliğini ortaya koymak maksadıyla 6’sı kamu ve 6’sı özel sektör olmak üzere 12 farklı kurumda çalışmakta olan 100 kişiye anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizlere göre ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu belirlenmiş olup söz konusu ölçeğin Türk dili ve kültür özellikleri ile uyumlu olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The objective of this study is; to test the reliability and the validity of a scale that was used in a foreign country to measure a strategic plan’s implementation success in an organization and, to adapt this scale to Turkish Literature. The study was performed at 12 organizations; 6 of them were public and 6 were private. In order to prove the applicability of the scale, the survey was performed randomly on both public and private organizations. According to the analysis results the scale is valid and reliable and it is consistent with the Turkish Language and cultural characteristics.

With confidence in the regulation of the market severely shaken, the European Commission has had to adopt a comprehensive package of measures to bring about economic recovery and sustainable growth. One method included in the package has been the simplification of financial reporting requirements of firms. Published with the aim of harmonizing legal reporting, facilitating cross-border investment, improving financial comparability and increasing public confidence in financial/management reports by use of enhanced/consistent specific disclosures, the Accounting Directive differentiates from IFRS/IAS. With this in mind, this paper will attempt to identify differences, similarities and conflicts under both sets of standards. Uluslararası piyasaların kırılganlaşması ve piyasa düzenlemelerine duyulan güvenin sarsılması sonucunda Avrupa Komisyonu ekonomik iyileşmeyi ve sürdürülebilir büyümeyi sağlamak için kapsamlı bir önlem paketi kabul etmek zorunda kalmıştır. Finansal raporlama uyumlaştırma çalışmaları kapsamında yayınlanmış olan Muhasebe Direktifi, ülkeler arası yatırımı/finansal karşılaştırılabilirliği artırmak ve mevcut finansal sistemin güvenilir ve adil kılmak amacı ile öne sürülen yöntemlerden biridir. AB üye ülkelerin finansal tablo ve dipnotlarını kapsayan bu yasal düzenleme UFRS/UMS’den farklılık göstermektedir. Dolayısı ile bu çalışma kapsamında iki standart grubu arasında farklılıklar, benzerlikler ve çatışmalar incelenecektir.

High unemployment and deterioration of employment conditions are considered as the main problems of labour markets in the world economy. The issue of youth unemployment, which has been frequently discussed recently, is also a central labour market problem. Today, many developed and developing countries are experiencing these problems. The situation in the Balkan countries is not different. International economic reports show that many of Balkan youths face unemployment problem and this results in young people migrating from their countries. In this context, the aim of the study is to research the relationship of economic growth with employment, unemployment and youth unemployment by considering the seven Balkan countries (Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia). In the study, 1996-2017 period data was used and the bootstrap panel Granger causality test proposed by Kónya (2006) has been chosen as the econometric method. The findings of the analysis indicate that the economic growth is related with employment, unemployment and youth unemployment in the mentioned Balkan countries. Yüksek işsizlik ve istihdam düzeyinin kötüleşmesi dünya ekonomisinde işgücü piyasasının temel sorunları olarak bilinmektedir. Son dönemlerde üzerinde sıklıkla durulan genç işsizlik konusu da işgücü piyasasının temel sorunlarından biridir. Bugün pek çok gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülke bu sorunlar ile uğraşmaktadır. Balkan ülkelerinde ise durum farklı değildir. Uluslararası ekonomik raporlar pek çok Balkan gencinin işsizlik sorunu ile karşı karşıya olduğunu belirtmekte, gençlerin ülkelerinden göç etmek zorunda kaldıklarına dikkat çekmektedir. Bu kapsamda çalışmanın amacı yedi Balkan ülkesini (Arnavutluk, Bulgaristan, Hırvatistan, Romanya, Slovenya, Sırbistan, ve Yunanistan) ele alarak istihdam, işsizlik ve genç işsizliği ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Çalışmada 1996-2017 dönemi verileri kullanılmış ve yöntem olarak Kónya (2006) tarafından geliştirilen bootstrap panel Granger nedensellik testi seçilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları ele alınan Balkan ülkelerinde istihdam, işsizlik ve genç işsizliği ile ekonomik büyümenin birbiriyle ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir.

Talep miktarının satış fiyatına karşı duyarlı olması ve kusurlu üretim varsayımlarının optimal politika üzerindeki etkisi birçok üretim probleminde ele alınmıştır. Bu modellerde, tarama işleminin üretim süresi sonunda tamamlandığı varsayılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, tek kalem ürünün tek bir makinede partiler halinde üretildiği bir üretim sistemi için talep miktarının satış fiyatının doğrusal bir fonksiyonu olduğu varsayımı ile bir ekonomik üretim miktarı modeli geliştirilmektedir. Üretim sürecinin kusurlu olduğu, tarama işleminin üretimden sonra da devam ettiği ve belirlenen kusurlu ürünlerin tarama süresi sonunda tek parti halinde indirimli fiyattan satıldığı varsayılmaktadır. Bu çalışmadaki temel amaç, toplam kârı maksimum yapacak üretim miktarı ve satış fiyatının belirlenmesidir. Optimal çözümler önerilen bir algoritma ile elde edilmektedir. Geliştirilen modelin geçerliliğini göstermek amacıyla duyarlılık analizlerine sahip sayısal bir örnek verilmektedir. There have been many production problems addressing the effects of price-sensitive demand and imperfect production on optimal policy. These models assumed that screening process is completed at the end of production process. In this paper, an economic production quantity model is developed for a production system where a single item is produced in batches in a single machine by assuming that demand is a linear function of selling price. It is also assumed that the production process is imperfect, the screening process continues after production and the defective products identified are sold as a single batch at a discounted price at the end of the screening period. The main objective of this study is to determine the production quantity and selling price such that the total profit is maximized. The optimal solutions are obtained with a proposed algorithm. A numerical example with sensitivity analysis is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed model.

Kurumların amaçlarına ulaşmalarında arzu edilen çalışan profilini seçme, geliştirme ve elde tutmada belirleyici örgütsel değişkenlerden biri örgüt kültürü olmakta, bireylerin olumlu iş tutumlarının ortaya çıkmasında kurum kültürü öncül bir faktör olarak nitelendirilebilmektedir. Kurumlarda artan düzeyde takım çalışmaları grup dinamiklerinin örgütsel bağlamda incelenmesine daha çok dikkatleri çekmiş ve bireylerin çalışma grupları ile özdeşleşmeleri incelemeye değer bir çalışma konusu niteliği kazanmıştır. Kurum tarafından çalışanlarca geliştirilmesi arzu edilen bir tutum olan grupla özdeşleşme bu nedenle kurumun kendi kültüründen etkilenebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada kurum kültürünün, bireylerin çalışma grupları ile geliştirecekleri sosyal kimliğe bağlı özdeşleşmeye olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya hizmet ve üretim sektörlerinden kolayda örnekleme yolu ile belirlenmiş, toplamda 11 işletmeden 436 gönüllü beyaz yakalı çalışan katılmıştır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin seçildiği ve ölçeklerin yer aldığı envanterin kullanıldığı çalışmada, takım çalışması ve yetenek geliştirme-örgütsel öğrenme, yetkilendirme-değişim kültür boyutları grupla özdeşleşmeyi olumlu yönde, paylaşılan vizyon ve iş usulleri/değerleri kültür boyutu ise grupla özdeşleşmedeki değişimi olumsuz yönde açıkladığı ortaya çıkmıştır. The organization culture that is one of the remarkable organizational variables enabling desired employees’ profile to be selected, developed and retained in institution is an antecedent for occurring employees’ positive work attitude. Organizations reach institutional aims through these kinds of employees in this circumstance. Increasing level of team working in organization cause the academicians to pay attention to research about group dynamics in organizational context. Therefore; group identification for employees acquires qualification of research field. Group identification as an attitude that institution want employees to develop can be affected by culture of institution. In this study, the effect of organizational culture on employees’ identification with working groups depending on social identity is investigated. 436 white color-employee from 11 different private sector companies at both production and service participated in this research via convenient sampling technique. Quantitative research method is utilized and scales in inventory are used for gathering data. According to findings, culture dimensions of team working and talent development-learning, delegation-change influence identification, positively. Contrary to expectations, shared vision and job execution style/values explain dependent variable, negatively.
