It can be estimated by three methods namely output method, input method and expenditure method. The economic growth has been driven by the expansion of services that have been growing consistently faster than other sectors. FDI in I.T. sector is unavoidable phenomenon in modern economy. The government needs to have stricter control on the FDI and monitor it regularly. FDI provided a sound base for economic growth and development. A globalized economy demands efficiency in production.

Water reuse and recycle is becoming important for conservation of water resources. Primary, secondary and tertiary treatments with physical, biological and chemical techniques are conventionally used for treatment. The physico-chemical treatments are widely used for water treatment and removal of organic matter. Use of membrane separation can be done for water purification. Many investigators have explored possibility of use of membrane separation for wastewater and domestic water treatment. The membranes are prone to contaminate and undergo fouling. The presence of natural organic matter affects the membrane performance. The current review is aimed at reviewing research and studies on membrane separation for organic matter removal.

Complaints of arms neck and shoulders (CANS) pains are common issues among the typists, secretaries, personal assistants, computer users and other related clerical activities in the governmental offices in Nigeria. This issue of work related musculo-skeletal complaints or disorders has a devastating, negative impacts on the overall workers’ output and the economy in general as a result of incessant absenteeism and loss of workers’ productivity. Previous reports have shown that, providing office ergonomic facilities which gives comfort and ease the task for the workers is not enough to tackle the epidemic of work related musculo-skeletal disorders among the workers. However, workers need to be trained and educated on the use of these ergonomic facilities, correct work postures and other issues of work place safety and health on a sustained basis. The main objective of this study is to investigate the level of office ergonomic awareness among the secretaries, typists, personal assistants, computer users and other related office activities in Katsina State Local Government offices in Nigeria, so as to make a case for effective intervention through creating ergonomic awareness as a sustainable measure towards reducing musculo-skeletal complaints among the workers. The methodology used in this study is questionnaire approach as a self-report instrument, using certain aspects of “Cornel Musculo-Skeletal Disorder Survey Questionnaire” (CMDQ), based on 5-Likert Scales opinion rating. This was followed by unobtrusive observation of the working postures of the questionnaire respondents in order to support and validate the findings of the questionnaire method. Descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation was used in analysing the questionnaire responses, using SPSS version 22. Interpretive analysis was used to interpret the observational data. The result of this study from both the questionnaire and the observation shows that, office workers in the above mentioned categories in Katsina Local Government offices in Nigeria have a poor habit of work posture as result of low level of office ergonomic awareness. It is therefore concluded that in order to tackle the problem of work related musculo-skeletal disorders among the staff of Katsina State Local Government offices, there is a strong need to create office ergonomic awareness among them for a sustainable and safe office work environment.

Introduction: Epithelial cyst of spleen is infrequent and around 800 cases found published in literature till date. Case Report: The case being discussed here occurred in a male, 12 years, who presented with pain in left upper abdomen since one month associated with fever. Image screening studies with CT showed a hypoattenuating, well-defined intrasplenic lesion measuring 11x10x7 cm, with sharply demarcating splenic parenchyma. The patient had vague history having some serological examination for hydatid disease which was found to be positive of IgG antibodies for hydatid disease few months back. After total splenectomy, histopathological examination of splenic cyst showed a cystic lesion lined by flattened to attenuated cuboidal cells with focal areas of sloughing of the lining epithelium at places. Conclusion: The diagnosis of primary epithelial cyst of spleen was highly significant in the fact that hydatid cyst of spleen has serious implications for the diagnosis and outcome.

Sino-nasal region is one of the most common sites of infections by various microbial agents including fungal infections. Mycoses of sinonasal region are very common, which are caused by Mucor, Aspergillus and other species including Rhinosporidium. Rhinosporidiosis and its causative organism Rhinosporidium seeberi have been known for over a hundred years, albeit various forms of clinical presentation of rhinosporidiosis still remain an enigma. Rhinosporidiosis is a rare infective chronic granulomatous lesion caused by Rhinosporidium seeberi, which is endemic in some part of Asia (India), although sporadic cases are seen in America, Europe, Africa. The lesion presents as a soft tissue polypoidalmass commonly affecting the mucous membrane of the nasopharynx, conjunctiva and palate. Rarely it can be seen in urethra. The organism is difficult to culture and the diagnosis is based on microscopy and histopathological examination of the lesion. We report a case of nasal rhinosporidiosis in a 50-year old milk man hailing from interiors of Maharashtra, India.

Eye disease (ED) is a common and chronic condition, which is considered a major health concern internationally. It causes eye discomfort and pain; it limits vision and reduces quality of life. Those with dry eye are two to three times more likely to report problems with everyday activities such as reading, performing professional work, computer use, watching television, and daytime or night time driving etc. ophthalmic exercise reduces the risk of eye disease. Ophthalmic exercise is essential for the good vision of a person. However need of knowledge and attitude may lead to reduce the eye problem. proper ophthalmic exercise and adequate vision condition play a major role in reduce the eye problem with developing countries. Hence the incidence of eye disease increasing. it is mainly due to lack of awareness about importance of comprehensive eye examination, use of proper lighting, minimize glare, failure to adjust your computer display setting, failure to blink more often while working infront of computer, poor knowledge about eye exercise, computer eye wear etc and lack of knowledge regarding prevention of eye disorder.

The aim of this study is to introduce the relationship between The Physically Disabled Athletes’ Positive Thinking and Their Bodies Admiration. Total 40 athletes, who has participated to the study voluntarily. Positive Thinking Scale (Pozitif Düşünme Ölçeği), of which validity and reliability has been done by Akın and his friends in 2015 and Body Admiration Scaleng Scale (Bedeni Beğenme Ölçeği), of which validty and reliability has been done by Anlı and his friends in 2015, have been used as data collection tool in this study. SPSS 20 Packet Programme has been used for analysing the collected datas. “Kolmogorov-Smirnov” single sample test has been applied to learn whether the datas have a normal distribution or not. “Anova-Homogenety of Variance” Test has been applied to detect the datas homogeneity and It has been found out that Datas have normal and homogeneous distribution. Descriptive Statistic and Persoan Correlation Analysis have been applied for analysing the datas. At the end of the correlation analysis, It has been detected that there is a positivewaycorrelationbetweenpositivethinkingandpsychologicaldurability.

Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans (DFSP) is a relatively uncommon soft tissue neoplasm with intermediate to low grade malignancy which rarely metastasizes but has a higher proclivity for local recurrence. The myxoid variant of DFSP is rare which often presents with diagnostic challenge clinically and histopathologically. We herein report a highly recurrent, locally aggressive DFSP that failed twice surgically and was diagnosed as myxoid variant of DFSP on histopathology and immunohistochemically.

The paper was aimed to assess the food experience and food security in tribal areas of Mysuru district. Three taluks of the Mysuru district were selected for the study; H D Kote, Periyapatna and Hunsur. Primary survey of 500 households was carried with the set of different questions such as: a) household cannot afford balanced meals, b) food purchased does not last and no money for more food, c) household cuts meal size, d) household skips meal and e) one or more family members remain hungry all the day or night. Food security was assessed by set of questions like; a) Entitlement provided by FPS is enough or not; b) only a single meal in a day; c) households eat meals without vegetable, d) cereals, pulses and vegetables are not always available, e) members get less than the amount satisfying hunger. The survey revealed that 64.8% households often do not afford balanced meals; 53.6% of the households do not have money for more food to purchase and the purchased food does not last long; 70% of the population cuts meal size, 51% population skip meals and the 44% of the families have members hungry all day or night. The survey revealed that selected tribes experience inadequate food in their day to day life and hence causes severe food insecurity.

Economics of rabbit production in IVO Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria was studied using sixty farmers that were randomly selected using multi stage random sampling technique. Percentage response, Net farm income and ordinary least square regression analyses were used to address the objectives of the study. The result showed that 78.33% of the respondents were male farmers, while the females accounted for 21.67% . In addition, 61.7% of the respondents were below the age of 41years, while 21.67% were above 41 years. 76% of the sampled farmers were married and 15% were single. Furthermore, 83.3% of the respondents were educated, while 8.3% had no formal education. Majority of the rabbit farmers (93.3%) had rearing experience of below 11 years and 6.7% had above 11 years. The determinant factors to rabbit farmers’ output were rearing experience, flock size and feed consumed Result of cost and returns showed that pig production is a profitable venture with net farm income of N10, 500 and return to scale of 1.089. The major constraints to rabbit production in the study area were lack of capital, feed and feeding, diseases problem and marketing problem. The study recommended on the need to increase farmers’ access to credit facilities, good marketing structure and accessibility to improved rabbit breed.
