The factors, causes and characteristics of marginalization
processes Ukrainian population, and the emergence of large-scale
expansion of marginalized groups in various segments of the
population were analyzed. Was analyzed transformation of
concepts marginal – person in the group of marginal and
marginalization of populations. The influence of socio-economic
processes: unemployment, employment, poverty, economic and
social instability on the expansion of marginalized sectors of
society, as an expression of the protest movement. The analysis of
the causes and factors, of specific features and manifestations of
marginalization of the population on the youth of Ukraine. Data of
various sociological interrogations shows the widely scale of a
problem. Recommendations of social, economic and legislative
character, for reduction of an acuteness of problems and their
further decision, are offered.
