The expedience of European integration course of Ukraine is identified in this article. The main stages of European integration process are analyzed, highlighting the achievements and shortcomings. The impact of geopolitical component on the process of European integration is characterized. Positive and negative aspects of the Eastern partnership policy are systemized. The attention is focused on the latest economic and political developments in the world, which have a significant impact on the prospects of European integration. The main criteria for joining the EU are presented and the compliance of Ukraine with economic criteria by conducting retrospective analysis of export-import relations between Ukraine and the EU are examined. On the basis of the analysis results, the suitability of the productive sector modernization aimed at improvement of the prospects of European integration of Ukraine is reasoned in the article.

Article examines the loyalty of existing classifications, on the basis of research that was conducted by domestic and foreign economists, psychologists and sociologists. The analysis of the main views on loyalty, the basic types and kinds. Highlighting the unique characteristics of each of the types of loyalty, and provides guidance on the nature of the marketing activities, depending on the species. Formulated a classification of customers, depending on the level of development of relations with them. The article presented new approach to the classification of loyalty "by a factor of probability of formation of loyalty", it includes three types of loyalty: the potential, available or true, and shows their comparative characteristics of five selected indicators. Also proposed a new subspecies of complex loyalty – loyalty showy.

The article analyzes modern definition of logistics and logistics risk. Logistics risks are classified according to the stages of logistics activities. For each of the stages of logistics activity types of logistics risks and sources of their occurrence are provided, as well as methods of unconstrained and constrained optimization, which allow to avoid or significantly reduce the latter. When delivering it is recommended to apply the methods of linear and dynamic programming, as well as methods of unconditional optimization in order to minimize and prevent transport risks and risks of creating reserves. At the stages of production supply and distribution of support it is recommended to apply methods of stochastic programming to form reserve stock in production and avoid risks of insufficient amounts of finished product.

The article investigates the relationships of the development of logistics and the development of competitive advantage, with the influence of the information economy. The research allowed to find out the features of logistics like practice, science and management concepts. Different approaches to determine the stages of development of logistics are analised, one of which is directly based on functional components of logistics, the other – on expand the scope of logistics. The article is also studied the development of competitive advantages which, in our opinion, was the driving force of logistics. Substantiates the relationship between the development of competitive advantages in the development of logistics and identify areas of further cooperation.

The article describes the standardization and certification system in the European Union. The attention is focused on the latest and global approach to the EU standardization system. Determined the conceptual differences between the latest and global approach to the EU standardization system. The principles of the construction of a harmonized system of European standards. Analyzed the rules and conditions of application of the CE marking in the European Union. Emphasis is placed on the rules and procedures of conformity assessment and certification of the EU as an example of engineering products. It was concluded that none of the Ukrainian railcar producers of products is not marked (CE Mark) and does not pass the certification procedure for compliance with current regulatory and technical documentation within the EU. Proposed to implement an integrated quality management system, which should include three systems: Environmental Management ISO 14000, industrial safety systems and safety OHSAS 18000 and ISO 9000. international standards of quality.

In the article a scientific problem is resolved, which consists in the fact that recreation as the factor of dynamic influence on the national economy little developed and requires forecasting of relevant equilibrium states. The methodological dynamically-equilibrated approach to state forecasting of the recreational development with the application of methods of economic and mathematical modeling is developed, that enables analysis of socio-economic relationships and to provide equilibrium of interests as recreational businesses and regulatory authorities, taking into account factors of using natural, physical, financial and human forms of recreational capital, adjusted taking into consideration sectoral and territorial factors that are correlated with the dynamics of gross domestic product.
