The system of collaborative documentation in electronic governance services using Office Web Apps is described in the paper. An approach to distribute documentation on groups, in which performers are defined, is proposed. Methods for managing common network documents are described, in particular creation of documents for collective processing, editing shared documents and more. The system of rules to create groups and distribute permissions between groups and system to distribute access to documents are designed. The assessing available information in accordance to international standards based on categorical, quantitative and qualitative characteristics is done.

The article improves a method for evaluation and diagnostics of costs for company’s logistics activity. Unlike existing methods, the author’s method is based on combination of functional and object-oriented approaches and consists in indication of key centers of cost arising (legal, transport, logistics departments and departments of warehouses and international economic relations), taking into account processes of logistics management. The suggested method enables to evaluate and diagnose such costs as well as to manage them generally in strategic and tactic dimensions and to develop measures for optimization and monitoring costs.
