Corporate culture: requirements for regulation and the impact on social dialogue

The article deals with general principles, rules and approaches
to regulation of corporate culture in the organization and its
importance in ensuring the social dialogue. Determined that the
primary component of corporate culture are the values, which
define the company rules and regulations. If we follow to another
logic – first is the rules and regulations, and after – values, so it is
violated the natural law. There is the values of human life are deep
guidelines and their implementation happen in practice through
installation (rules and regulations). Following the "infidels" logic
leads to the informal rules formation that often contradict the vision
of management (owners). As a consequence, there is social
dialogue disruption between workers and management.
