In this paper approach of evaluation accuracy for homing system of ground - air missile is showed by OFF-LINE computer simulations. Two ranges of action under different angles of approach are appraised in the case of the presence of the seeker noise. The probability density function and the root-mean-square estimation of the miss distance are realised by Monte - Carlo methods, using linearized model only of the missiles flight and main nonlinearity of guidance and control systems.

Monitoring of the stabilizer content is one of the modern and reliable methods in the world, and here also, which is used to control chemical stability and to predict the usage time of gun propellants. For the purpose of evaluation of gun propellants' chemical stability manufactured in our country, in this paper -we analyzed results from the content of stabilizer determination in naturally aged single base, NC and NCD type, and double base, NGB and NGH type of gun propellants. At the same time -we analyzed results from both collections of gun propellant samples, one from Kragujevac factory (KB-1) and the other from Zelenika factory (KB-2). Obtained results point that the stability decays faster for KB-2 collection samples, -which can be explained due to climate factors. Beside this influence, obtained results prove the influence of many factors on chemical stability of gun propellants: used components, quality of the ingredients, procedures of manufacture, shape and dimensions of gun propellant grains, etc.

A comparative analysis of statistical properties of television and thermovision images of the same scene is analyzed. Histogram, mean value, standard deviation, entropy, and correlation of gray level both images we studied, for near and far scenes. Results show differences and similarities between television and thermo vision image of the same scene. Differences in values of statistical properties of television and thermo vision images of near scene are consequence of scene radiance. The transmittance of atmosphere is dominated effect for far scene images. Similarities are consequence of scene objects dimensions and similar concepts of visualization television and thermovision cameras. In addition, statistical analysis on the difference images, obtained as difference two successive frames, for television and thermovision image, is given. This analysis shows good agreement on statistical properties of two types of images of the same scene. We used this f act (data) for change detection thresholding with the same procedure.

This work is a basic presentation of NIJ 0101.04 (National Institute of Justice) standard, -whose purpose is to establish minimum performance requirements and methods of testing ballistic resistance of body armor intended to protect the torso against gunfire. This standard is a revision of NIJ Standard 0101.03 dated April 1987 and it clarifies the labeling requirements, acceptance criteria, and backface signature measurement procedure. The scope of this standard is limited only to ballistic resistance; and it does not include threats from knives and sharply pointed instruments. In addition, the standard does not include armor that incorporates inserts, or variations in construction of the ballistic panel over small areas of the torso, used for increasing the basic level of protection of the armor (whether ballistic or blunt trauma) on localized areas.
