India is known for its great learning culture. From the ancient Guru-Shishya Parampara (Tradition) to the modern outcome based learning, Indian education industry always strives to encompass the value based learning methodology and as far as management education is concerned, it is crucial for the institutions to provide practical application of conceptual knowledge to the aspiring young minds to make them ready for corporate world challenges. This empirical research aims at understanding the andragogy used in management education and to identify the impact of introducing Corporate Social Responsibility Practices as a part of curriculum of management education for post graduate studies. In this paper, researcher tried to explore the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Practices as a part of curriculum for post graduate students at an esteemed organization named Indira Scholl of Business Studies (ISBS) in Pune, India. The study is based on the theories of John Dewey and more recently the Experiential Education Theory of D.A. Kolb. This quantitative study observes the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Practices on the learning of the students who opted for such programs. This study is based on the survey conducted at ISBS for the 1st Semester students. These students divided into two category. 1. Those who opted for CSR initiatives and 2. Those who have not a part of such initiative. Factor analysis is used to understand the difference between these two group of students pertaining to their awareness about and sense of responsibility towards society/community and its needs. Factor analysis displays a substantial difference between the groups. The outcomes suggest a positive correlation between Corporate Social Responsibility Practices as a learning methodology and its impact on the sense of responsibilities and awareness towards community.

Education has a pivotal role in the socio economic development of a nation. It is considered as a supplier of input for economic, political and social development. India is now the third largest country in the world in terms of volume and diversity of higher education system. However, now, governments are withdrawing from funding to the higher education due to the financial constraints. The institutions in government sector were insufficient to meet the increased demand for higher education. It gave birth to the private sector unaided institutions in the higher education sector. As of now, about 64 percent of the institutions in higher education system in India are in the private unaided sector. While comparing the cost of higher education in government and government aided institutions, it is extremely high in the case of institutions in the private unaided sector. In order to tackle this problem, Government introduced education loan scheme. Kerala is the second largest state in the country in distribution of education loans. However, the borrowers of education loan in the state are not aware regarding the various aspects of the scheme. Present study is an attempt to analyse the awareness level of the borrowers of education loan in Calicut district. The study testifies that the borrowers are not properly aware about the various aspects of the scheme. There is no significant difference in the awareness level of the borrowers with regard to type of bank, type of programme and income level.

Common Service Centres (CSCs) are the friend end service delivery outlet proposed under National e-Governance Plan of India for delivering variety of government services and B2C services to the citizen of the country under e-governance platform. Akshaya Centres ply the role of Common Service Centres in Kerala for delivering various government services under e-governance. The research design is a descriptive one based on both primary and secondary data. The study was conducted in Malappuram district of Kerala state, India. The study aims at understanding the level of awareness of people regarding various aspects of Akshaya Common Service Centres in Malappuram district. Study also explores the important Medias which people depend for getting relevant information regarding the services of Akshaya Centres. The study reveals that respondents have low level of awareness regarding various dimensions of Akshaya CSC project and respondents mainly depends friends, relatives and akshaya Centres for information regarding its services.
