Information plays a very vital role in the economic and social development of a country. The article is deals with the ‘new approaches of Information Literacy and Learning Styles. Information Literacy (IL) has different meaning to different people and is known by different names: Library Orientation; Bibliographic Instruction; User Education; Information Skills Training. All the forms of IL are closely related to each other but information skills training and information literacy concentrated on cognitive and transferable skills such as problem solving, evaluation and communication skills. This set of abilities is called Information Literacy which is actually the vehicle for autonomous and lifelong learning. Resource based learning is a methodology that allows students to learn from their own confrontation with information resources. Such active learning provides a means by which teachers are able to tailor information resources, learning activities, the location of those activities and expected learning outcomes to the needs and abilities of each child. In developing these abilities, teachers and teacher librarians work cooperatively to combine knowledge of the curriculum, knowledge of individual students' needs and competencies and knowledge of information sources, resources and technologies.

Observing the movement in volume of shares is an area of research that attracted the attention of various academicians and scholars. The present study is an effort to add and contribute to understand the behavior of fluctuations in the volume of Indian pharmaceutical share to find the effect of the dividend announcements and ex-dividend date on the volume of shares traded. Announcement of Dividend is generally considered as the positive signal to the shareholders and the same leads to demand in the shares during the period of announcement and ex-dividend date. A standard event study methodology is adopted in this paper to examine the price reactions of 15 listed pharmaceutical companies.

In a period of Rajiv Gandhi Government was given more emphasized to HRD Departments. So new policy have adopted that continuation education programs empowered to working people. There are no of institutions imparting various courses on distance education mode for upgrade knowledge of peoples. Our primary purpose of the research study is the role of distance educational system and measuring their performance. Here percentile and rank statistical tool has been evaluating the efficiency of distance educational institute. These methods take into account of inputs as (resource reach), outputs as (result) and the process took as (Learning experience) components and calculated their technical efficiency. Technical ability is treated as performance and comparison among them. In this paper twenty-seven distance educational institute chose as their benchmarking performance on purpose to find out their effectiveness. The limitation of our research is considered as a different parameter for improving quality of distance educational institutes. The parameters are likes inputs (resource reaches) and outputs (result) and incorporated as experiment model to calculate a score.

Counterfeit goods appear in different forms as deceptive and non-deceptive counterfeiting. Buyer's attitude and valuation and external components constitute the buyer's intention to buy. Studies have shown that consumer awareness and knowledge have a significant impact on the various factors that influence consumer behaviour towards purchase of counterfeits. Consciousness and awareness are the elements that appear as the automatic process of humans. There is no difference in counterfeit purchasing in relation to factors such as qualification, gender and age.

To indicate the difference of employee attitudes related to job satisfaction and incentives on some demographical variables. The results of the study indicated that extra pay, bonuses, a The results showed a significant effect of both monetary and non-monetary incentives for better job performance and inducement pay had a positive linkage with motivation, performance, and satisfaction.

Environmental degradation and depletion of natural resources has created havoc to the nature. Human beings exploited the environment for their personal motives. The destruction created to the environment is irrevocable. But still, protecting it from further damage is very essential for the survival of human and other species on Earth. Exploitation of the nature is beyond the endurance now. People have gradually realised the relevance of the nature and it’s retaliation against senseless exploitation. Now it is the time to pay off for what humans have done. Human greed through Industrial exploitation results in plundering of the natural resources and creating awareness among employees to engage in green behaviour can mitigate the environmental problem. Employee engagement is crucial for retaining productive employees in an organization and there are different types of it. Employee Green Behaviour (EGB) is the pro environmental behaviour that the employees engage in. This is one of the several methods in which environment could be protected. The research method used in the present EGB analysis is exploratory in nature. This paper explores the significance of employee green behaviour which plays a major role in protecting the environment. Also, it analyses the benefits of green behaviour for the employees as well as the environment.

Where Capitalism goes management education follows. Management concepts, theories and practices emerged to meet the needs of capitalist praxis. Management as a branch of knowledge evolved as the result of interaction between economics and engineering. Managers do things rightly, while business leaders do the right things. Decision sciences and psychology extend support to the growth of business management studies as decision making became more challenging and capitalist praxis became more complex. World wars were fought and won, cold war emerged and disappeared and unipolar world gave way to multipolar world. Technology played a crucial role in these mega changes. Management education could not keep pace with these vast and rapid changes. Management educators say that there is a crisis in management education. Economic growth and economic development do not mean the same thing. Economic growth is defined as increase in national income and per capita income. Economic development is a broader term. Economic development is defined as a process in which poverty, unemployment and inequalities decline. A country remains underdeveloped mostly because it remains an undermanaged country. Its natural resources and human resources remain undermanaged and underutilized. An underdeveloped country will become a developed country when it is managed well. As development economics emerged as a separate branch of economics, development management should emerge as a special branch of management science. The present paper is a small step in this direction.
