In this study, it was aimed to determine the teachers’s views related to the science class curriculum which was separated from social studies class in 2014-2015 academic years with the change of the education system of Turkey. The study has been conducted with the teachers who gave 3rd grade social studies class before and with the 3rd grade teachers who currently gives the social studies class. To analyse the data, descriptive analysis was used in this correlational survey. 5 open-ended questions developed by the researchers were asked to the teachers and the answers were recorded with a recorder and the interviews were put in writing. As a result of the study, it was determined that the views of the teachers related to the renewed science class curriculum are generally positive. However, it was also determined that the teachers talk about shortcomings such as decreasing the weekly course hours and the number of acquisitions, adding a workbook and lack of material. In this study, secondary school students according to gender variable was to investigate recreational preferences. In this study 105 women and 48 men enrolled at Tarsus Ayhan Bozpınar Anatolian high school Research a total of 153 secondary school students who participated. Students have the choice of free time activity in the determination of Tel (2007) were used in the survey was developed by leisure. Statical analysis of the results was accomplished using frequency and chi-square analysis with SPSS 15.0 program. At the end of the study, the students most frequently in their preferred leisure-time activities listening to music or playing a musical instrument, spending time with family, chatting with friends, leisurely activities and hobbies to spend time on the internet deal with and it was determined that came. Students at a low level to their preferred leisure-time activities for the rest of the cinema or Theatre, go to the bazaar and Sunday sightseeing, shopping, going to visit neighbors or relatives, it was determined that activities such as it came. Female students who participated in the research also viewing TV and video, books, newspapers and magazines (p<0.05), male students more often preferred leisure activities such as reading, sport and sport competitions, monitoring, participation in social and cultural activities, go to the cafeteria or the coffee shop, a bar, a casino and activities such as going on a hunt or go to the pub when compared with female students, male students more often it has been found that it is preferred (p<0.05). The aim of this research is to examine the assertiveness levels of the hearing impaired sports persons according to the gender, the year of making sports and the sports branch. Among the people who make sports regularly and have hearing impairment, totally 173 hearing impaired sports persons participated in the research who were invited to the national team camp. In the determination of the sports persons’ assertiveness levels, the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory was used. In the statistical analysis of the data which were obtained, the Frequency, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H analyses were used. At the end of the research, it was fixed that the assertiveness levels of the sports persons with hear impairment were low. It was determined that the assertiveness levels of the sports persons revealed no significant difference statistically according to their genders. Besides this, it was concluded that the assertiveness levels of these sports persons revealed no significance difference statistically according to their years of making sports and the sports branch they were interested in. (p>0.05). As a result, it was concluded that the demographic variables which were discussed in the research, are not important determinants on the assertiveness levels of the hearing impaired individuals.
