The work was carry out in the Scientific Technological of Base Unit (UCTB) Alquízar, of the Research Institute of Investigations in Tropical Fruit (IIFT), located in the province of Artemisa, put to the 22°77 " 45 "" of north latitude and to the 82°56 " 28 "" of west longitude and to 6.80 m. s. n. m. It carried out to him a study on 100 trees of avocado of different ecological groups propagated for seeds during 7 years, by keeping in mind as main variables: portage of the tree, size of the fruits, crop time and production level, planted on a Ferrasol Rhodic soil. With the results of this evaluation, selected this cultivar, afterwards it is grafted on a change of canopy in the bud bench of UCTB to evaluate your conduct, by means of the descriptive IPGRI for the cultivation of the avocado, by evaluating 20 variable quantitative and qualitative of the fruits, moreover decided the growth and the production in three-years kg/tree of crop. With the results obtained established 25 trees in the 2010 to the productive practice, in three locations of the country: Güines, Pinar del Río y Jagüey Grande to decide your conduct. The objectives of this work consisted in characterizing and propose a cultivar late crop of avocado, to supply the months of January-February, with it who the period of crop of this fruit tree is lengthened in the country and that at the same time collects the exigencies of national consumption and for the export
