Can aerobic exercise in Water reduce the effort of fatigue in female with multiple sclerosis: a pilot study in Yazd

Multiple Sclerosis (M.S) is a chronic disease afflicting the nervous system and destroying the myelin sheath of the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord). Fatigue is the most common and weakening symptom of M.S. The present study aims at investigating the effects of 8 weeks of selected aerobic training (exercise in water) on fatigue severity in M.S patients. Material and Methods: The study is quasi-experimental and the findings are of practical value. From 100 female M.S patients, 40 participants aged between 20 to 50 years in Yazd City, with illness severity of 6 to 1 and mean illness duration of 4±1 years were selected to take part in this study. They were randomly assigned into two groups: a control group and an experimental group, each with 20 participants. The training program was implemented on the experimental group for 8 weeks, 3 sessions per week, at the intensity of 50-60% maximum heart rate. Descriptive statistics, dependent and independent t tests were run to analyze the data. Results: The posttest means fatigue severity in the experimental and control groups were 2.94±0.91 and 4.22. 0.96 respectively. There was no significant difference between the mean fatigue severity in the control and experimental groups (P=0.001). Discussion and Conclusion: Selected aerobic training (exercise in water) may reduce fatigue severity in the M.S patients. Based on the present finding, the therapists may use selected aerobic training as a supplementary treatment beside medications for the M.S patients.

The purpose of this study was to The Relationship between Organizational Culture and Knowledge Management with Professional Ethic in administrative staff of Sports and Youth in Mazandaran province. Objective: The research method was descriptive correlational research. Population, 247 people were working in the Youth and Sport Office, were selected stratified random 152 people based on Morgan table. To collect data, were used organizational culture, knowledge management and professional ethics questionnaires. Statistical analysis by Pierson correlation coefficient at a significance level of P≤0.05 was using statistical software SPSS22. Results: Results show that there is a significant relationship between all components other than customer-oriented organizational culture and knowledge management. Also there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management of all components. Analysis of the data shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and professional ethics and between knowledge management and professional ethics. Conclusion: It is suggested that in the absence of information to all employees in order to improve efficiency and enhance the efficiency of their activities without concern for office. By establishing an appropriate and flexible organizational culture can be gradually altered the pattern of interaction between people in the organization and the management of knowledge as a competitive advantage with professional ethics Bulls.

Determination of Knee Alignment Index (Genu Valgum & Genu Varum) in Deferent Age's Group for Women in Mazandaran Province

object of this study is Determination of knee alignment index (genu valgum & genu varum) in deferent age's group for women in Mazandaran province. Objective: In this regard, we have selected 300 teste randomly among peoples by health lower body structure, in geographical region of 5 in Mazandaran (north, south, east, west and center) and 5 different age levels of 9-14, 15-24, 25-44, 45-64, and 65 years old and higher has been tested. In this study, according to knee examination Performa in genu valgum & genu varum knee examination, we have used of intermalleolar distance and intercondylar distance. The basic examination instrument is: Verner caliper made up of USA by 0.02 mm exactness and side instrument includes: transformed caliper and scaled blade of internal measurement. Datum’ analysis has been done by emphasis on determining the mean and standard deviation in age groups and confidence interval of 95% by the aid of SPSS18 software. Results: Based on study findings, IM.IC index for Girls 9-14 years old is -0.12±1.34 cm. IM.IC index for boys in 15-24 years old is 0.22±1.39 cm. IM.IC index for the men in 25-44 years old is -0.47±1.52 cm. IM.IC index for the men in 45-64 years old is -0.91±1.83 cm. IM.IC index for the men in 65 years old and higher is 1.37±2.31 cm. Conclusion: The result showed overall suggest that in women increases with age over the course of a normal knee genu valgum & genu varum knee.
