The best restoration for an endodontically treated tooth has long been debated on by dental practitioners and is considered an essential part of restorative practice. Tooth fracture following root canal therapy is a concern for patients and dentists alike. Recent advances in Dentistry have left dentists with a variety of treatment options which can be tailored to the needs of the patient. Interim restoration of an endodontically treated tooth using fiber-reinforced composite (FRC) is a suitable alternative to conventional restorations because it greatly contributes to the strength and resistance of a tooth. Shivanna and Gopeshetti (2012) concluded in their study that composite restorations reinforced with polyethylene fibers showed increased fracture resistance of root filled teeth and had favorable fracture lines. This paper presents the promising use of the fiber-reinforced composite to treat an endodontically treated mandibular permanent first molar which was completed in one appointment. This technique offers a cost-efficient alternative which does not compromise esthetics and function of the tooth.

Lucidum, thanks to the presence in its composition of a large group of polysaccharides that provide energy and strengthens the immune system, terpenes, and amino acids that affect the operation of almost all human body systems, including the brain blood circulation, it has had a positive effect on the cognitive function of the respondents – it improves memory for numbers on the images, heightened attention and response to an external signal, increased mobility and balance the basic nervous processes in the cerebral cortex.

This work is dedicated to study the protective action among the xanthine derivatives in the model of acute emotional stress environment. It was experimentally proved that caffeine, euphylline and pentoxyphylline have the stress protective activity in the dose of 100 mg/kg which was given twice by intragastric way. It was shown that the most active drug is pentoxyphylline, which supports peroxydant and antioxydant balance at the expense of active product of thiobarbituric acid and superoxide dismutase. The findings attest the presence of the stress protective properties in the xanthine derivatives and also suggest to use the xanthine derivatives in the diseases prevention of stress genesis

There was conducted an experiment on the underbred stray dog. There was used blood plasma of a dog as a food area. The spermatids received from the dog’s seed are arranged in the food area. Under the pressure there is received their mutual assimilation. The received hibridoma is entered in the seed parks, which are previously sewed. After two weeks from starting of experiment, on the front wall of the stomach there are fixed some dense knots of different size. After 3 weeks from the beginning of experiment there was adopted the material, which was learned by electron microscopy method. As a result, there are received the morphogenesis by organizmodal growth tendency, there is characterized a tumor-specific cellular pathology.

The general and cellular immunological reactivity and nonspecific resistance in 102 children of Bukovina region (Western Ukraine) with conductive or sensorineural deafness / hearing loss (CHL, SNHL), aged from 8 to 18 years, depending on the polymorphic variants of genes CJB2 (c.35delG) and IL-4 (C- 590T) were analyzed. General immunological reactivity in children with CHL 35delG-genotype carriers of CJB2 gene is characterized by higher humoral activity; cell immunological reactivity in CHL persons didn't depend on the CJB2 and IL-4 genes' genotypes. Endogenous intoxication prevails in 35delG-genotype carriers of CJB2 gene vs Non-del carriers, more in CHL than SNHL children - by 9.72 %; exogenous intoxication of infectious origin is present and higher significantly in CHL children with 35delG genotype of GJβ2 gene and TT genotype of the IL-4 gene. The manifestations of infectious inflammation in CHL persons with TT genotype of the gene IL-4 associated with lower humoral immunity activity 2,01-3,46 times, and testified the predominance of macrophage defense mechanisms over microphage, lower general reactivity, propensity for primary chronic course of disease. The general immunological reactivity changes in SNHL children depending on the gene IL-4 genotypes were not established.

The aim of the present study is to determine the inotropic effect of astragaloside VII on rat papillary muscle. Mechanical activity of muscles was recorded with isometric force transducer (Type SI–KG20; World Precision Instruments Inc.; USA). It is established, that astragaloside VII demonstrated biphasic positive inotropic action, this effect can be caused by its modulation of β–adrenoreceptors and Са2+–transporting systems cardiomyocites.

The results of study of Concentration Dynamics of cytokines TNFa, IL 1 and IL 8 in blood senum and percentage quantity of gram positive microbes in mouth cavity on the background of treatment with Unimag while catarrhal gingivitis are presented. Preparation Unimag is stable suspension of highly-sispersed particles of magnetitis, magnetic fluid. Unimag is magnetis-sensitive, radiopaque, bactericidal, characterized by varions bio-macromolecules absorption, increase of functional activity of phagocytes and high penetration ability in tissues. The studies revealed that on the background of treatment with unimag of patients with catarrhal gingivitis Speedy SubstitutIon of gram-negative microbes by gram-positive microorganisms peculiar to mouth cavity took place. Efficient bactericidal and bacteriostatic action on microorganisms, reduction of cytokines TNFa, IL 1 and IL 8 that has essential importance for efficient treatment activities while initial forms of parodontitis and considerable improvement of trerapetic effect.
