ÖZ: Bornozluk dokuma kumaşlarda üretimin farklı aşamalarında oluşabilen kumaş hataları, kumaşların müşteriye gönderilmeden önce kontrol edilerek birinci veya ikinci kalite olarak sınıflandırılmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu çalışmada, iki farklı sipariş için üretilen bornozluk kadife kumaş yüklemeleri öncesi, ışıklı panoda deneyimli kalite kontrol elemanları tarafından kumaş toplarının hata kontrolü yapılmıştır. Kontrol sırasında görülen farklı hataların sayıları ve hata boyutları kalite kontrol kartlarına işlenmiştir. Tespit edilen hataların tanımları yapılmış ve kumaş hataları farklı hata puan sistemlerine göre puanlandırılmıştır. Bu sayede kumaş topları konfeksiyon işletmesine sevk edilmeden önce hata puan sistemlerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Üretici ve müşterinin üzerinde anlaşmaya vardığı bir hata puan sistemine göre yapılan sınıflandırma sayesinde anlaşmazlıkların önüne geçilebilecektir. Anahtar kelimeler: Dokuma, Kumaş, Bornoz, Hata, Kalite kontrol, Hata puan sistemi ABSTRACT: Fabric defects that may occur at different stages of woven terry fabric production requires quality control and classification of fabrics as first or second grade before sending to customer. In this study, before shipping of two different terry fabric orders, defects were detected by inspection of fabric rolls on a lighted control board by experienced experts. Number of the defects and dimensions of the defects seen during the inspection were noted on quality control charts. Detected defects were defined and scored according to different demerit point systems. In this way, the fabric rolls were classified according to the demerit point systems before being shipped to garment enterprises. Disputes can be avoided with classification made by a demerit point system on which manufacturer and the customer have agreed. ÖZ: Biyokütle kaynaklarından enerji ve kimya endüstrisi için gerekli hammaddeleri üretmek amacı ile uygulanan piroliz işlemi, bir termal dönüşüm sürecidir. Piroliz kinetiğinin belirlenmesi, piroliz süreci için uygun ekipman ve süreç tasarımının yapılabilmesi amacı ile önem arz etmektedir. Bu hedefle, bu çalışmada yer fıstığı kabuğunun piroliz çalışması 300-700 °C sıcaklık aralığında statik atmosfer altında kül fırınında gerçekleştirildi. Çeşitli parametrelerin termal bozunma hızı ve katı ürün verimi üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. Etkisi incelenen parametreler sıcaklık 300-700 °C, partikül boyutu 4-50 mesh, peletleme ve peletleme basıncı 1.103-5.103 kgf/cm2’dir. Yerfıstığı kabuğunun pirolizi sonucu elde edilen termogramlar ve bozunmayı temsil eden yirmi farklı teorik model eşitlik dikkate alınarak, Coast-Redfern yöntemi ile toplam bozunma basamağı için regresyon katsayıları belirlendi. Teorik model eşitliklerinin regresyon katsayılarına göre, bozunmayı en iyi temsil eden kinetik modeller tespit edildi. Bozunmayı en iyi temsil eden model eşitlikler kullanılarak global reaksiyon için, aktivasyon enerjisi (Ea) ve Arrhenius Frekans Faktörü ln(A) sırasıyla 38.245 kJ/mol ve 8.124 olarak hesaplandı. ABSTRACT: The pyrolysis process, which is applied for the aim of producing energy and raw materials which are implemented for the chemical industry from biomass sources, is a thermal conversion process. Determination of the pyrolysis kinetic parameters are important In order to suitable equipment and process design. In this target, in the study the pyrolysis of peanut shells was conducted in a muffle furnace at static atmosphere with temperatures ranging from 300-700 °C. The effects of various parameters on the rate of thermal decomposition rate and the solid yield were determined. The parameters of interest were temperature 300-700 °C, particle size 4-50 mesh, pelletizing, and pelletizing pressure 1.103-5.103 kgf/cm2. Regression coefficients for the total decomposition step were obtained using the thermographs were obtained as a result of the pyrolysis of the peanut shells, and 20 different theoretical model equations that represented the degradation by the Coast-Redfern method. According to regression coefficients of the theoretical model equations, we determined the kinetic model that best represented the degradation. Using this model to represent the degradation, the activation energy (Ea) and Arhenius frequency factor ln(A) for the total reaction were calculated to be 38.245 kJ/mol and 8.124, respectively. ÖZ: Çiğ süt üretiminde çeşitli gıda güvenlik tehlikelerinin kontrolünde karar destek sistemleri henüz geliştirilmemiştir fakat bu sistemlerin temelini oluşturan noktalar hazır durumdadır. Karar destek sistemleri elementleri süt tedarik zincirinde kritik noktalarda veri tanımlanmasını, bilgi yönetim sistemini ve veri değişimini içerir. Bu elementlerin temeline dayanarak karar destek sistemleri geliştirilmektedir. Veri tanımlanması, bilgi yönetim sistemleri ve veri değişiminin bir arada kullanılmasıyla kısa zamanda karar verebilmek mümkün olmaktadır. Karar destek sistemleri süt sektöründe gıda güvenlik tehlikelerinin kontrolünde oldukça önemlidir ve üreticiler tarafından tercih edilebilmektedir. Bu sistemler uygulandığı takdirde gereksiz yere örnek alınması ve analiz yapılması engellenebilir. Bu makale de önemli karar destek sistemleri elementlerinin çiğ sütün gıda güvenliğine etkisinden bahsedilecektir. The decision support systems’ elements include data identification at critical points in the milk supply chain, an information management system and data exchange. Decision supports systems has been developed on the basis of these elements. In dairy sector decision support systems are significant for controlling of food safety hazards and preferred by producers. When these systems are implemented in the milk supply chain, it can be prevented unnecessary sampling and analysis.
