ÖZ: Kesikli iletim kipinde çalışan flyback mikro-eviriciler açık çevrim kontrol edilebilmeleri ve akım algılayıcısı olmadan çalışabilmeleri nedeniyle oldukça ilgi görmektedirler. Bu makalede flyback dönüştürücü tabanlı şebekeye bağlı bir fotovoltaik mikro-eviricinin çalışma karakteristikleri incelenmiş ve tasarım detayları verilmiştir. Maksimum güç noktası izleme için “değiştir ve gözle” algoritması kullanılmıştır. 80 Wp gücünde bir prototip mikro-eviricinin tasarımı yapılmış ve üretilmiştir. Maksimum güç noktası izleme, adalama koruması, seri haberleşme, güç kontrolü gibi eviricinin bütün kontrolleri PIC24FJ64GA002 mikrodenetleyicisi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Mikro-eviriciden alınan ölçümlerin tasarım değerleriyle uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Tasarlanan eviricinin maksimum verimi %80 olarak ölçülmüş ve oluşan kayıpların nedenleri irdelenmişti.r Anahtar kelimeler: Maksimum güç noktası izleme, Şebekeye bağlı flyback mikro-evirici. ABSTRACT: The flyback micro-inverters operating at discontinuous conduction mode are very attractive due to the operation in open loop and working without current sensor. In this paper, the working characteristics of a grid-connected photovoltaic micro-inverter based on flyback converter are investigated and design details are presented. “Perturbation and observation” method is used for maximum power point tracking. A micro-inverter prototype of 80 Wp is designed and produced. All the inverter functions, such as maximum power point tracking, islanding protection, serial communication, power control etc., are implemented by PIC24FJ64GA002 microcontroller. The measurements taken from protyped micro-inverter are compatible with design values. The highest efficiency of the converter was found as 80% and the loss mechanisms are discussed. ÖZ: Üç fazlı yeraltı kabloları için silindirik ekranlama etkinliği, sonlu elemanlar yöntemi (SEY) kullanarak çeşitli ekran malzemeleri için incelenmiştir. Bu SEY modeli ferromanyetik ekran malzemelerinin doğrusal olmayan histerezis davranışlarını da dikkate almaktadır. Kullanılan ekranlar silindir yapılı ve ekran içerisinde kabloların yerleştirilmesi ise düz şekildedir. Aynı ekran geometrisinde farklı ekran malzemelerinin ekranlama etkinliği karşılaştırılmıştır. Burada kullanılan ekran malzemelerinden ikisi ferromanyetik özellikli lineer olmayan histerezis davranışlarını sahip (Arceler-Mittal tarafından üretilen Magnetil ve DX52) ekranlardır. Diğeri ise ferromanyetik olmayan yüksek iletkenlikli ekran (Alüminyum) malzemesidir. Bu çalışmada; ekran yarıçapı, kablolardan geçen akımın genliği ve ekran kalınlığı gibi parametrelerin ekranlama etkinliği üzerindeki etkisi analiz edilmiştir. Ekranlama etkinliği açısından en iyi ekran malzemesinin Magnetil olduğu görülmüştür. Sayısal yöntem ekransız durum için deneysel sonuçlarla da doğrulanmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler: Manyetik ekranlama, Silindirik ekran, Sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ABSTRACT: The shielding efficiency of cylindrical shields for three phase underground cable is investigated for several shields material using finite element method (FEM). This FEM model takes into account the nonlinear hysteretic behavior for ferromagnetic material in the shield. The shields are cylindrical shaped and the power cables are positioned in flat configuration. The shielding efficiency is compared for shields with the same geometry but several shielding materials with nonlinear hysteretic behavior (Magnetil and DX52, both from Arcelor-Mittal firm) and a non-ferromagnetic and electrically conducting shielding material (Aluminium). The paper investigates the influence of several parameters on shielding efficiency: the size of the shield radius, the current amplitude in the cable and the thickness of the shield. Magnetil shield material is the best in terms of shielding performance. The numerical models are validated with experimental results for without shield. ÖZ: Bu çalışmada, bir Çift Yanlı Doğrusal Hareketli Sürekli Mıknatıslı Senkron Motorun tasarımı yapılarak parametreleri belirlenmiş ve belirlenen parametreler ile test sonuçları karşılaştırılmıştır. İlk olarak motorun tasarım detayları verilmiş ardından motor parametrelerinin elde edilmesinde kullanılan yöntemler aktarılmıştır. Parametrelerin bulunmasında üç farklı yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemlerden birincisi klasik yöntem olan deneysel yöntemdir. İkinci olarak hassas bir dijital LCR metreden elde edilen sonuçlardır. Üçüncü olarak ürün kodu LG-SV022İG5A-4 olan motor sürücüsünden elde edilen sonuçlardır. Bu sonuçlarla hazırlanan bilgisayar programı yardımı ile motor test edilmiştir. Test sonuçlarından elde edilen akım, frekans, itme kuvveti ve hız grafikleri verilmiş ve bu sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Firstly given the design details of the motor and then transferred to the methods used to obtain the parameters of the motor. Three different methods were used in finding the parameters. The first of these methods, the classical method, the experimental method. The second is a digital LCR meter sensitive results obtained. The third one the motor drive LG-SV022İG5A-4 results obtained from the product code. With these results, the motor was tested with the help of computer software is prepared. From the results of the test current, frequency, and the results were evaluated given pushing force and speed graphics. ÖZ: Üçgen örgülü GaAs fotonik kristal yapısı kullanılarak sayısal ortamda bir sıcaklık algılayıcısı önerilmiş ve algılayıcının duyarlılığı kavite çevresinde yapısal değişimler yapılarak ve yavaş ışık özelliği kullanılarak iyileştirilmiştir. Fotonik kristal dalga kılavuzunun bir sıra ilerisinde bir noktasal kusur oluşturularak kavite rezonans frekanslarındaki ışık bu noktasal boşluğa bağlaştırılmış ve sıcaklığa bağlı olarak rezonans frekansın değişimi incelenmiştir. Duyarlılığın artırılması için kavitenin yanlarındaki deliklerin yarıçapı ve kavite alanı değiştirilmiştir. 0.1001 nm/ºC olan sıcaklık algılayıcısının duyarlılığı yapısal iyileştirmeler ile 1.4%±0.1% artırılmıştır. Dalga kılavuzu çevresindeki ilk sıra deliklerin yarıçapı değiştirilerek ve dalga kılavuzuna paralel doğrultuda kaydırılarak kavite rezonans dalga boyunu da içeren 20.23 nm'lik aralıkta ışık 14 kat yavaşlatılmıştır. Yavaş ışık etkisi ile kipin kavite ile daha fazla optiksel olarak örtüşmesi sonucu algılayıcının duyarlılığı %2.8±%0.1 artmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler: Algılayıcı, Fotonik kristal, Fotonik kristal dalga kılavuzu, Yavaş ışık ABSTRACT: A temperature sensor is proposed in the computational environment using triangular lattice GaAs photonic crystal structure and the sensitivity of the sensor is enhanced by employing structural improvements around the cavity and by using slow light feature. By creating a point defect one row ahead from the photonic crystal waveguide, light in the cavity resonance frequencies is coupled to this point defect and the change of the resonance frequency related to the temperature is investigated. The radius of the holes around the cavity and the cavity area are changed to enhance the sensitivity. 0.1001 nm/ºC sensitivity of the temperature sensor is increased by 1.4%±0.1% with structural optimizations. Light is slowed down by 14 times in a 20.23 nm range including the cavity resonance wavelength by changing the radius of the first rows of holes surrounding the waveguide and shifting them in a direction parallel to the waveguide. The sensitivity of the sensor is increased by 2.8%±0.1% as a result of increasing optical overlap of the mode with the cavity by slow light effect.
