Сreating a method to determine the variable composition and the energy content (enthalpy) of gaseous fuel during its combustion. Time of definition composition should little depend on a number of components included in it. Instruments used for this should be included in the regular structure serviced equipment. Based on the known methods for determining the composition of the combustion products and their temperature at a given fuel composition and its enthalpy (direct problem) constructed a solution to determine the composition of fuel and its enthalpy (inverse problem) based on the technological parameters (temperature of the combustion products and the fuel and oxidizer consumption) which can be measured in the combustion process. Based on the proposed method a model and algorithm were developed for solving the inverse task. In order to test their ability to work a number of tasks were solved in the direct combustion of methane, ethane, ethylene and their mixture in air. Obtained results were compared with known data on the composition and temperature of the combustion products. On this basis, for solving the inverse problem output data were generated that simulate measurements of process parameters. The decision of the inverse task was achieved. Found fuel composition and its enthalpy were compared with known values. A method and solution algorithm to determine the composition and enthalpy of gaseous fuel during the combustion in air were developed. The solution stability of this problem was shown. The adequacy of the results to output data was get by solving direct and inverse tasks. The proposed method and algorithm can serve as a basis for the development of automated complex to determine the composition of gaseous fuel during its combustion. Obtained with the their help the data, in turn, can be used for automatic operational setting device for changing the burner during the fuel combustion.

Requirements for the power operation while maneuvering are high reliability and power security, which depend on the reactor stability during the transition from one power level to another. A quantitative measure of the stability of the reactor is an axial offset. Dual-zone reactor model allows to control the change of neutron-physical and technological parameters in height of WWER-1000. Identified boron control model differs from the known one by the monotonously boric acid input into the coolant. It is shown that the temperature change at the inlet of the reactor core causes uncontrolled disturbance which affects the axial offset and, consequently, the reactor stability. To ensure the reactor stability a compromise-combined method of regulation was suggested, which differs from the known ones by that the coolant temperature at the reactor core inlet is maintained constant by changing the steam pressure in the steam generator due to changes in the position of the turbine control valves. An advanced system of power control unit was developed and was based on the method of regulation. A feature of the system is the method of coolant temperature control, which allowed to develop a program of power changes in WWER-1000 with a constant inlet water temperature, characterized by minimal damage to the shell with minimal movement of the regulating group of control rods. A comparison of the proposed regulation program with one that currently used in power control unit was done.

The process of heating the modern Ukrainian city must meet the high requirements of reliability and efficiency. Usually the problem of heating and hot water supply are solved centralized by network of regional boiler rooms. At the same time, depreciation of equipment and pipelines increases the thermal and physical loss of coolant, which significantly reduces the efficiency of the heat supply system. This leads to the fact that some consumers is switches to alternative sources of heat such as modular and roof boiler rooms, the individual boilers, heat pumps, etc. Previously been proposed target function for controlling the heat supply system such distributed across the city. The function allows to estimate the unit cost of production thermal energy arbitrary source, given its reliability and efficiency. This paper presents the results of the parametric sensitivity analysis of the proposed target function to deviations of various parameters. It is shown that for heat supply systems with a big network of pipelines major influencing factor is reliability. Maintaining such pipelines in good condition can significantly reduce the cost of primary energy. It is also shown that the heat pump is mainly influenced factor is their thermal conversion factor, and the use of the band in electricity tariffs heat pumps allow receive thermal energy at a very low cost. Formulated recommendations on which options should be improved in the first place to achieve maximum effect.

The topic is about workbench creation for control systems trials based on VIPA 300 industrial PLC and model of control object which is implemented in MatLab Simulink program on PC. Connection between controller and the PC is provided by the Advantech PCI-1711 input/output card of discrete and analog signals. Object identification, control system synthesis, creation of control device structure and its parametrical identification, as a rule, is done on a PC in a modelling environment, e.g. in MatLab. But often, using this PC modelling, the hardware and software features of algorithms which were obtained during system synthesis are not considered in a specific industrial PLC. It is considered a good idea to use a composite version where obtained algorithms are tested in a real industrial PLC and control object is substituted by a model which is working on a PC in real time scale. In this case software realization of algorithms in a specific PLC are fully taken into account and substitution of real control object by its model considerably reduces the costs for carrying out experiments and allows to study the system behavior when control object parameters and modes of operation vary greatly. The creation of workbench stipulates several stages: configuration and programming of industrial PLC VIPA 313 SC, installation and configuration of Advantech PCI- 1711 input/output card, tuning of Simulink modelling environment for working in real time scale using Real-Time Windows Target Library, testing of workbench by using constant and harmonic signals of different frequencies. Work results of virtual stabilization system are compared with combined version. In virtual stabilization system PID governor and control object are implemented in Simulink. In combined version control object is still implemented in Simulink and PID governor - in VIPA 313 SC controller (using functional block FB58 from Step7 standard library).

An approach to solving the problem of stabilizing inventory control synthesis for supply chains is proposed. To disturbances rejection simulating unknown but bounded external demand, while ensuring robust stability of the closed-loop system, was used the invariant ellipsoids technique, which allowed to formulate the control problem in terms of linear matrix inequalities. As a result the control synthesis problem was reduced to a sequence of onedimensional convex optimization problems and semidefinite programming.

The article discusses the feasibility of complications algorithms for calculating the control actions to control the process of water purification for the production of medicines. There were descripted the water treatment process and its basic principles on temperature conditions, research on improving the quality of prepared water temperature control.The purpose of this study was to develop an automatic control system, ensures that the temperature of treated water within the established routine technology zones. For the development of the automatic control system and study its performance simulation method was used digital simulation. A model was developed object management based on dynamic and static properties of the real object of the channel management. The research was conducted in two phases: development and study of automatic regulation systems (basic structure using PID-controllers and high dynamic accuracy with help of additional dynamic links that provide invariance of system to the defective reaction of cross channel in the facility control), development and study of system automatic control, which guarantees finding the temperature within the Regulations. Modeling was carried out in a software environment Simulink software Matlab.The simulation results showed an improvement of direct and integral indicators of the quality of the automatic control system.

It has given to a problem of management of process of an expenditure by technical objects of the resource a special urgency, has transformed it in important scientific- and an organizationaltechnical problem. Currently available methods, ways and means of the analysis of a current condition of new technical object allow to estimate its condition and to appoint its resource, allow to estimate a residual resource of operating technical object. There was a possibility of application of an arsenal of modern technical measures of influence on technical object, for management of process of its movement on a trajectory of an expenditure of a resource. For realization of the program of actions on management of process of an expenditure of technical objects of a resource, the high professional level of experts and appropriate resource maintenance of components of the program are necessary.
