The approaches to the implementation of the parametric regulator and appropriate feedback in
electromechanical systems of automation of technological processes in which the gain of control object changes
under the influence of perturbation are considered. The results of research on a model of transient processes in
the system are presented.
The major part of the industrial equipment has fulfilled a resource, therefore it functions with low parameters of
technological efficiency. It has given to a problem of management of process of an expenditure by technical
objects of the resource a special urgency, has transformed it in important scientific- and an organizationaltechnical
problem. Currently available methods, ways and means of the analysis of a current condition of new
technical object allow to estimate its condition and to appoint its resource, allow to estimate a residual resource
of operating technical object. There was a possibility of application of an arsenal of modern technical measures
of influence on technical object, for management of process of its movement on a trajectory of an expenditure of
a resource. For realization of the program of actions on management of process of an expenditure of technical
objects of a resource, the high professional level of experts and appropriate resource maintenance of components
of the program are necessary.
Nonobservance of the rule of excluded third for fuzzy logic is considered. The necessity or the fuzzy logic usage
and application of the decision under uncertainty theory for the control of complicated objects, especially of the
dangerously explosive objects are proved.
The simulation model of grain dryer in the MATLAB environment was developed. The simulation model is
designed for the synthesis of systems of automatic control. It includes complex of models. Such as the model of
preparation of drying agent, the models of thermo-mass-exchanged processes are in the zones of drying and
cooling, the model of efficiency of functioning. Testing results confirm her adequacy as models of object control.
As a result of the carried-out identification of channels of dynamics taking into account the parameters received
as a result of optimization mathematical models of channels are made. The received mathematical models will
allow to organize imitating modeling of the corresponding processes in the environment of Simulink (Matlab).
The detailed analysis of casual processes of change of raw materials quality indicators before cleaning and
processing, casual processes of change of indicators of quality of finished goods (flour), and also channels of
dynamics of their interrelations is necessary for the complex analysis of stability of the specified processes and
possibility of the organization of its guaranteeing management.
For realization processes of production of crude sunflower oil is used automated traceability system. Its
improvement through the use of methods of knowledge extraction will increase the effectiveness of quality
management and will achieve economic growth of the company.
