Ancient climatic architecture had found out a series of appropriate responses for the best compatibility with the critical climate condition for instance, designing ‘earth sheltered houses’ and ‘courtyard houses’. They could provide human climatic comfort without excessive usage of fossil fuel resources. Owing to the normal thermal conditions in the ground depth, earth sheltered houses can be slightly affected by thermal fluctuations due to being within the earth. In depth further than 6.1 meters, temperature alternation is minute during the year, equaling to average annual temperature of outside. More to the point, courtyard buildings as another traditional design approach, have prepared controlled climatic space based on creating the maximum shade in the summer and maximum solar heat absorption in the winter. The courtyard houses served the multiple functions of lighting to the rooms, acting as a heat absorber in the summer and a radiator in the winter, as well as providing an open space inside for community activities. It must be noted that they divided into summer and winter zones located in south and north of the central courtyard where residents were replaced into them according to changing the seasons. Therefore, Ancient climatic buildings provided better human thermal comfort in comparison with the use contemporary buildings of recent years, except with the air conditioning

The main purpose of retail business is to continuously maintain the responsiveness to the changing trends in consumer fashion tastes through quickly creating new designs that are suitable for all customers with an affordable price. Hence, the importance of Supply Chain (Management) has appeared. The objectives of this study are to analyze the impact of purchasing and supply chain management strategies in retail industry and identify the way of success of AZEL FRANCE Retailer Company of ZARA clothing in Bosnia and Herzegovina from supply chain perspective management by conducting a survey study. AZEL FRANCE is found to be successful in that it can control and streamline the highly consumable fashion items in their supply chains so that they can greatly decrease their lead time and thus increase be responsive enough for fast changes in fashion customer needs and desires by minimizing the industry risks. The retailer stores of AZEL FRANCE are also found to be confident about the future profitability. However, some technical inabilities of the company are also identified. It can be suggested that AZEL FRANCE can easily leverage more its successfully implemented supply chain activities by increasing its technical abilities.

Data about modern methods of biological substrata crystallization scrutiny is systemized in this article. It is stated, that all technologies are divided into sample preparing methods and modes for scrutiny of biological substrata crystallogenic and initiated properties. Each of these groups is subdivided. These methods classification is proposed on the base of own prolonged investigations and world literature analysis. It is important, that all modus are divided into static and dynamic. This technology has great perspectives in dermatology for several biological systems status estimation by its crystallogenic and initiated properties investigation. It is useful for diagnostics, treatment efficiency estimation and pathogenesis scrutiny of different dermatological diseases.

The article discusses the bio-ecology of Taxus baccata L. in Kakheti (eastern Georgia), particularly in Tsinandali Park. Yew (Taxus baccata L.) preserved in Tsinandali Park (Telavi region, Georgia) was chosen as an object for long-lasting observation over plant vegetation. Vegetation of 47 new specimens were studied during the period 2001-2010. It was observed the buds opening, the vegetation finishing, the cambium active periods beginning and finishing, the sprout stiffen process, the rate and time of growth. The period between 2001 and 2004 is distinguished by the relatively intensive growth of yew samples. In 2004-2010 growth period was shortened. It is suggested, that shortening often growth period in yew specimen is related to the deficit of water in soil due to frequent drought and snowless winters in Telavi region in the last decade. Observation conducted on the peculiarities of cambial growth confirms that yew has strong ability of frost-resistance. We consider that the bio-ecological studies of yew tree, as an endangered species, and its implementation in decorative gardening will contribute to its conservation.
