  • INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCHERS (IJERs) is a fully refereed electronic journal published by Educational Research Association, Turkey. IJERs has been launched as an online journal rather than a paper-based journal in order to reach as many readers as possible in the most convenient manner. The journal is published three times a year. IJERs is interested in research into all aspects of education. The aim of the journal is to assist in the improvement of teaching-learning in fields related to the process of teaching-learning, and to make a contribution to knowledge in this field by serving as an outlet for the results of theoretical and practical research by specialists and instructors to be disseminated to interested audience. Papers to be considered for publication in IJERs must not have been previously published elsewhere or under review by another journal. However, papers presented at a conference and not published in their entirety in the conference proceedings may be considered for publication. A statement by the author is requested to this effect. All papers submitted are first reviewed by the Editorial Board to check whether they are appropriate for the journal’s readership and in keeping with the editorial policy and aims of the journal. Following this first review, the paper is sent to expert referees for blind review. All papers submitted to the journal must therefore conform to the requirements of the style guidelines for an appropriate blind review. INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCHERS also aims to include book reviews, announcements, and scholarly debate on various topics of current scholarly interest. IJERs publishes articles in English. Copyright of articles published in the journal belongs to Educational Research Association, Turkey. The ideas expressed in the article, however, remain the intellectual property right of the author.
