The Journal has started its work in 2009, it obtained ISSN in 2011. In April 2018 the policy of the journal has been amended to fully include all procedures and provide more comprehensive way of publishing.
The Journal has been and continues to stay refereed and peer-reviewed, which is well demonstrated in its procedures. It has had an editor from the first day it started publishing.
Specifically, in the period of 2009-2017 the Journal was named "Constitutional Law Review" (obtaining above mentioned ISSN in 2011). From 2018 the Journal is named "Journal of Constitutional Law" (maintaining the above mentioned ISSN-1987-9962).
