The journal aims to be a tool to stimulate theoretical debate, research and academic exchange in Social Service, social theory, and contemporary reality. It is proposed to promote and disseminate scientific productions current and relevant in the areas of teaching, research and extension in Social Services and related areas by publishing articles, theoretical essays, reports of scientific research, researches, book reviews, communications, interviews and notes focused: to the formulation, implementation and evaluation of public policies in contemporary society; to the explanation about reality of working relationships nowadays and its representative groups and the scientific debate about the historical, theoretical and methodological foundations of social theory and Social Service.
