The article describes and defines the main factors causing the poverty in Ukraine, suggested is grouping of them by the influence factor. Possible ways to overcome poverty by the economic, social and legal units are offered.
This article studies the brand development at modern global markets. The rating of companies’ brands is investigated: world, European and Asian ones. The cost of Russian and Ukrainian companies in comparison with the cost of world brands is analyzed; the measures for further development of Ukrainian companies are suggested.

The attempt of defining the function principles of credit system when forming the economy of knowledge is made. Suggested is the division of the mechanism of providing by the credit resources spiritual, information and material. Made are recommendations about change of a role and functions of credit system.

The paper studies the theoretical principles of tax policy as well as its economic substance has been specified. Stated are the objectives tasks of tax policy based on objective functions of taxes. Supplemented is the system of tax policy principles, specified are the criteria for implementation as well as tools and types.
The analysis of legislative basis and valid operating system of the budgetary regulation of territorial development is conducted. Proved is that the low effectiveness of the budgetary regulation at regional level is caused by the absence of clear mechanism of socio-economic sponsorship development in problem regions. The mechanism directions to increase the effectiveness of state regional economic policy as well as the growth of local authorities’ role in solving the problems of regional development are studied.
The paper examines the impact of changes in money supply on inflation dynamics. The regression analysis conducted on the empirical data for Russia and Ukraine, permits to refute the hypothesis of the money supply contraction as a universal instrument for monetary adjustment. Some conclusions are based on the U-curve models that were invented to evaluate the optimal amount of money minimizing the rate of inflation.
Experience in predicting the capacity of the regional market of consumer loans using regression modeling has been generalized. The estimation of acceptability of regression modeling method for bank lending controlling has been made. On the basis of the undertaken analysis a range of risks and problems has been identified as well as offered are the recommendations for solutions of these problems.
The paper considers the questions of theoretical analysis, specification and experimental verification of methodical bases of forming movement skills among the students as a component of personality mobility. Shown is that the movement practice should be a type of conscious attempts to reproduce the program. This program is formed in the internal plan with the help of the analysis of external information. Proved is that the educational process is the activity filled with saturated mental activity. Forming the movement skills is carried out on the basis of psychical processes – attention, perception, memory, imagination, thinking.

The example of the scientific methods, software and technical tools of Open Education System of Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the Belarus President, the possibilities of self-education as an element of lifelong learning system of managers in the Republic of Belarus are described.
