. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administering a liquid organic fertilizer / POC dose, the most appropriate dose of nitrogen fertilizer, and its interactions on the growth and production of sweet corn. This research was conducted in September-November 2018 in Telaga Village, Busungbiu District, Buleleng Regency with a height of ± 500 meters above sea level. The design used was a Factorial Randomized Block Design (RCBD) with two factors. The first factor: giving POC Plus (yellow Pomi) with three levels, namely without POC, Giving POC dose of 25 l / ha, and POC dose of 50 l / ha. The second factor is the provision of nitrogen fertilizer with three levels, namely without administering nitrogen, administering nitrogen as much as 69 kg / ha, 138 kg / ha, and 207 kg / ha. Provision of POC has a very significant effect on fresh yields of cob / ha. The use of POC at a dose of 25 l / ha gives the highest yield of fresh cob / ha, which is 27.83 tons. Regression analysis results of the relationship between the dose of POC (x) with fresh yields of cobs per hectare (ŷ) showed a quadratic relationship, namely ŷ = 24.25 + 0.28x - 0.006x2 with R2 = 89.80%. The provision of nitrogen has a very significant effect on the yield of fresh cobs per hectare. Giving nitrogen at a dose of 138 kg / ha gave the highest yield of fresh cobs per hectare, ie 28.30 tons. Regression analysis results of the relationship between the dose of nitrogen (x) with the results of cobs per hectare (ŷ) showed a quadratic relationship, namely ŷ = 20,663 + 0.0087x - 0,0003x2 with R2 = 88.28%. The interaction between administration of POC and nitrogen significantly affected the fresh yield of cob / ha. The use of a combined POC of 25 l / ha and nitrogen at a dose of 138 kg / ha gave the highest fresh cobs / ha yield, namely 29.61 tons
