This research was carried out at the Agronet House of the Panji Sakti University Faculty of Agriculture's Agrotechnology Study Program, Jalan Bisma No. 22 Singaraja, at an altitude of ± 100 m above sea level in July - October 2014. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is in the form of skin stripping which consists of three ways, namely without stripping the seed coat (K0), stripping the seed skin of only the back (convex part) (K1), stripping the entire seed coat (K2). The second factor was atonic concentration consisting of four levels, namely without atonic use (0 ml / l) (A0), atonic immersion with a concentration of 1.25 ml / l (A1), atonic immersion with a concentration of 2.50 ml / l ( A2), and atonic immersion with a concentration of 3.75 ml / l (A3). There were 12 treatment combinations, each repeated 3 times, so there were 36 treatment combinations. Each experimental unit consists of 100 seeds, so the total consists of 3600 seeds. Observations on germination were carried out every day, until the seeds were 60 days after planting. The variables observed included: water absorption (ml), seeds began to germinate (hst), end germination (hst), damaged seeds (%), germination (%), growth power (%), sprout height (cm). The results of statistical analysis showed that the treatment of seed peel and atonic administration and the combination of seed peel stripping and atonic administration had no significant effect on the water absorption variable, the seeds began to germinate, end germination, damaged seeds, germination, and sprout height. The treatment of seed skin stripping and atonic administration had a significant effect on growth power, however the combination of peel stripping and atonic administration had no significant effect.
