The article deals with emotional leadership research. Sociometry and psychological tests results gave the possibility to analyze correlations between leadership and IQ level, EQ level and creativity.
This made it possible to improve the definition of emotional leadership, to emphasize the advantages of emotional leadership in compare with other types of leadership.
