The Riskesdas or Basic Health Research 2013 showed prevalence of malaria in 15 provinces in eastern Indonesia were above the national average. The higher prevalence of malaria were mostly located in Eastern Indonesia as East Nusa Tenggara or (Nusa Tenggara Timur/NTT), West Nusa Tenggara or Nusa Tenggara Barat/NTB), Papua, West Papua, Maluku and North Maluku. The study aimed to determine characteristics of household members confi rmed of malaria in Eastern Indonesia based on secondary the Riskesdas 2013 data. It was a further analysis of Riskesdas 2013, with a sample of 41,040 households in the Eastern of Indonesia. Method of analysis was by classifi cation tree analysis. Classifi cation tree optimally provided 10 simpuls. It showed that the majority of 20.8% households infected by malaria had free health care in last year, located in rural, high economy status, use mosquito bite prevention, higher education among heads of families, and professional occupation such as civil/miliatary/police/enterprises. It concludes by classifi cation tree analysis that the highest probability of household members infected malaria in eastern Indonesia was 30.5%, common in households that had free health carein last year and higher education among heads of families. It needs socialization on standard confi rmation of malaria by blood examination, especially among heads of households with lw education, low socioeconomic and in aeras with minimum health access.

Organizing Alert Village is one of the efforts made by the North Central Timor Regency for improving maternal and child health. This study aims to assess the viability and form of participation in the organization of the standby system in particular at the level of the village as well as the specific tradition naketi. The study was conducted in August-November 2012 at the village health center Bijaepasu Tuabatan in the region, as well as the village health center Noeltoko and Noepesu region Eban. Types of non-intervention research with exploratory design. Information was obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation. As informants are community leaders, religious leaders, LKMD, midwives and members of the network. There were six networks in each village that notification, transportation, planning, funding, and Blood Exclusive breastfeedin, but there is also a network of Community Total Sanitation (STBM) in Tuabatan Village and Disaster networking in Noeltoko Village.Networking meetings are conducted regularly every month, led the meeting with an agenda initiator activity reports of each network , the problems that occurred during the current month as well as alternative solutions. There is a common tradition Naketi at between 7-9 months of gestation, namely the recognition of the wives to their husbands face to face followed by recantation married to a big family (parents/in-laws). Community-based alert system through idle villagers networking proved effective enough to increase public awareness of health in their communities. Indicators of success, terdatanya all pregnant women and women giving birth by the people themselves through their networks, not by medical personnel. All efforts deliveries in health facilities involves a commitment with all networks. Discussion and dialogue is quite intensive in networking meeting to adequately describe their high spirits for the improvement of health in their village. Naketi tradition as a form of local knowledge that is positive for minimal preparation before delivery of maternal psychological side.Naketi as positive tradition form of local wisdom for preparation before delivery. The National Health insurance (JKN) appropriate road map is expected in 2016, all Jamkesda for the poor has been integrated in the JKN system. This study aims to investigate the implementation of Jamkesda (District Health Insurance) integration into the National Health Insurance implemented in the city. It was an observational study with a cross-sectional design, carried out in the city of Blitar and Malang in 2015. The respondents were related areas Jamkesda participation in City Health office, Social Services, BPJS and Local Government (Bappeda, BPKAD, Welfare). Data were collected by in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and secondary data on participation and policy documents. Integration process of membership Jamkesda into the system of JKN for PBI(Recipient of Contribution Subsidy) has been supported by the local regulations in the decree of the Mayors for determination of PBI participants and Cooperation Agreement BPJS withMunicipal Government. Membership ofcentral PBI in Blitar City (25,266 people) and Malang city (106,902), while district PBI in Blitar results integration of Jamkesda (8,508 people) and Malang (20,190 inhabitants). Integration of membership Jamkesda to JKN system for PBI has been implemented by the region in a different ways, both in terms of setting criteria, verification and validation of implementing institutions of the participants, the addition and reduction participant data, distributing the card and premium payment. Some of the constraints experienced by stakeholders in the integration Jamkesda include constraints in the membership management, limited human resourcesand budget, technical verification and system validation poor people and information system BPJS still new. The integration membership Jamkesda to JKN system has been implemented fairly well in accordance with the conditions in their respective areas. It needs a legal basis and Guidelines of Integration Implementation Jamkesda to JKN system, which may be a valid inference thus reducing inaccuracies in the implementation.
