Education – a fundamental method for social progress and its reformation. The social problems that the Albanian society is facing recently are diverse. Problems such as the fragile economy, the lack of implementation of legality, the development of a weak institutional structure and above all a transitional society are exerting their direct influence on the development of our society. In addition to these, as ever, Albanian society is facing a very frightening phenomenon, extreme aggression in the family, school institutions, actions that in some cases have had fatal conclusions, such as injury and killing. Unfortunately, nowadays, in our society, the fatalities caused by human life from violence and crime are so widespread that they are exceeding the fatalities that come from the most general and most problematic diseases that humanity today has. Indeed, every day we are facing more chaotic educational perceptions, even with voluntary and antieducational concepts, often deformed to the limits of anarchy and social anomie. Such devious behaviors such as crime, murder, theft, violence, public social tension are indicative of the fact that many people’s anarchist perceptions of freedom and social groups in our society have created an ambiguous situation to determine what are the values that need our civilization. Many young high school students, university students, but not only, have really come out of the allowed limits of personal freedom and are becoming a real social concern. Because the whole society is in the attack on money, welfare, survival, luxury, consumption, sex, etc., people’s education is neglected.

Kickboxing is one of the most attractive and dynamic modern sports. It combines the most effective techniques with legs and hands from karate and classic boxing. This symbiosis between the two sports makes it an exciting spectacle attracting numerous admirers. Kickboxing is not a demonstration game designed solely for audiences and entertainment. It is a sport discipline and, as such, is subject to the general methodological foundations and norms of sports training. The application of the general principles and laws in the kickbox training process is hampered by the lack of a scientifically based, in-depth research on this sport (Lefterov 2006: 27, Kaikov, Yonov 2001, Zlatev 2010: 122, Pavlova, Petkova 2017: 79). This is a sport with a complex motoring activity that manifests itself in constantly changing and extreme conditions of training and competition. Kickboxing practitioners are subjected to great physical and mental stresses.They have to master and apply a great arsenal of complex dynamic stereotypes in the ring, in the context of an acute conflict with an opponent who actively counters them. The time deficiency in which an exchange takes place shows that, in addition to physical qualities, the kickboxer must also possess a specific sport intelligence to realize in the conditions of the training and the race. The technical arsenal that every kickboxer has to master is diverse and coordinated. It can be divided into two parts: technique of attack and defense technique (Lefterov 2006: 27, Kaikov,,Yonov 2001, Zlatev 2010: 122, Pavlova, Petkova 2017: 79).

The modern effective management of the training process in the handball game requires the knowledge of age characteristics and the interrelationships between the physical development and the physical capacity of adolescents.One of the main figures in the team is the pivot. Its game contributes to the full realization of the other players. This has led us to research the game of the pivot, in order to reveal some regularities in his style of play and hence to clarify of approaches in the training process, in improving mainly individual actions and group interactions.The aim of the study is to establish the level of some anthropometric indicators in order to optimize the selection of the game post pivot. Our objective assessment of the state of anthropometric status is an important condition for an adequate correction and improvement of the handball hand selection.

The development of physical capacity determines the degree of adaptation of the organism to the environment, which in turn means that it depends on the condition of all other qualities of personality. In the lesson of physical education and sport, the motor activity manifests itself in the form of different motorized and structured actions. Their successful realization in practical activity depends on the level of knowledge of different technical techniques as well as on the special physical qualities which in their essence manifest themselves as exercises performed with different power In this report we have examined the question of physical capacity in students.The purpose of the development is to determine the variability of some physical fitness tests at 15–16 years from SU “D. Debelianov” in the town of Bourgas. Our objective assessment of the physical fitness of students at this age is an important prerequisite for an adequate correction of the scale for the control and assessment of adolescents at this age limit.

One of the main goals in the education of visually impaired children and pupils in Bulgaria is their preparation for independent life, which is accomplished through a curriculum of special subjects. The leading place among them takes the useful skills program.The report provides a brief overview of the scientific literature on the issue in question, and revealing opportunities to support the overall development of visually impaired learners. In this connection, the results of assessing the social skills of visually impaired children are presented using the checklist of Sasks and Siberman.

The paper presents the chronicle of a good tradition kept by the Faculty of Pedagogy at St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, namely My First Pedagogical Experiences student contest. In the context of the democratic and humane values in education as well as on the basis of the modern concepts, models, and technologies, the capacity of the forum to activate personality’s synergic self-organizational potential by changing student participation in the educational process is demonstrated. From the point of view of the young people, the developmental effects of the awakening education – realized through the conceptual model of the contest – are studied and systematized. The emphasis is put on encouraging the individual activity and creativity of the future teachers through their active participation in their own professional and practical training. A successful academic tradition is being promoted to stimulate students of Pedagogy to set the vector for their future professional development.

Education is an activity requiring lengthy efforts and perseverance, as well as skills for acquiring information and its creative usage. All this is based on prolonged motivation, directly related to the improvement of the educational development and the consecutive professional realization. Long-term objectives serve as coordinating terms leading to particular goals in the everyday life and thus, behaviour could be rationalized and directed in a longer prospective towards both the past and the future. The aim of the present study is to survey the opinion and personal assessment of the long-term motivation of students from NSA “Vassil Levski”, Sofia and students from Nish, Serbia. The research was conducted from November 2016 to May 2017. It was done among 96 students (45 fourth-year students at NSA and 51 students from the University in Nish). The students had to fill out a test consisting of 10 questions related to their personal assessment of their long-term motivation. The results of the study were processed mathematically and statistically by: variation analysis, relative share, comparative analysis of two independent samples and comparative analysis of the frequency distributions with χ² – the Pearson criterion.According to the generalized conclusions, a higher percentage of the Bulgarian students is directed towards long-term objectives and prospects than the percentage of the Serbian students. Women are more motivated in their long-term development than men but there are not statistically significant differences along all the questions. Athletes’ motivation is higher than the average one for the whole population. We believe, however, that the motivation changes in the course of the studies and we assume it is higher for the students who are about to graduate.

Before the European Championships, the Bulgarian National Wheelchair Basketball Team hold three friendly meetings in the town of Gabrovo in “Orlovets” hall against the teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Romania.The purpose of the study is to analyze the performance of the players from the Bulgarian Wheelchair Basketball Team. Information is collected on the playing activities of nine athletes on 14 indicators during the two friendly meetings with the Bosnia and Herzegovina team.The analysis shows that the average values of eight of the studied indicators are better at the first controlmatch of our national team against the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in the second match the remaining six of the indicators shows up.
