Promessa, contrato e símbolo na união conjugal. Através de uma reflexão anthropologica e evangelica tentamos superar a perspectiva somente jurídica sobre o vinculo conjugal e considerar como cuidar a fidelidade no processo da promessa conjugal e na situação do divorcio. A proteção da promessa pessoal é responsabilidade da consciência dos cônjuges. A proteção do contrato depende do direito. A Igreja testemunha do sentido sacramental da uniâo como simbolo do amor de Deus. Indissolubilidade nao é um ponto da partida senão uma finalidade. Em lugar de falar de uma indissolubilidade abstrata e somente juridica, temos a considerar o cuidado da fidelidade no casamento e da responsabilidade nas situaçãos de divórcio. Devemos distinguir três niveles de problemas. 1) O ensinamento da Igreja baseado no Evangelho. 2) A disciplina canonica pela organização da vida na sociedade eclesiastica. 3) A pratica pastorale na vida sacramental dos crentes. A pergunta sobre o caratteristico do casamento cristiano deve responderse com o Evangelho. As perguntas sobre validade, nulidade e indissolubilidade são perguntas pelo direito canonico. A pergunta sobre ter acesso aos sacramentos pelas pessoas divorciadas e com um novo casamento é uma pergunta pastoral. ABSTRACT: Promise, contract and symbol in the marriage bond. An anthropological and evangelical reflection about the marriage bond shall take us beyond the question about a juridical vinculum and shall help us to highlight the care of fidelity, both in the process of making the marriage promise and when confronting the unavoidability of a divorce. The protection of the promise is the responsibility of the conscience of husband and wife. The law protects the contract. The Church gives witness to the transcendent symbolism of the union. Indissolubility is not na starting point, but a goal. Instead of an abstract and juridical indissolubility, we comushould emphasise the care of fidelity. Three different realms of problems should be distinguished: 1) The teaching of the Church based on the Gospel. 2) The canonical discipline that organize life in the Church as a society. 3) The pastoral care of the sacramental practice in the life of the faithful. The question about the characteristic of Christian marriage is to be answered from the Gospel. The questions about validity or nullity belong to the realm of Canon Law. The question about the access to the sacraments of divorced persons belong to the realm of pastoral care.

O presente artigo faz uma leitura kairológica do complexo relacionamento entre catequese e família, na atualidade. Partindo da análise dos valores e problemáticas familiares atuais e de duas convicções basilares do Magistério católico: 1) a família é educadora; e 2) é transmissora da fé. Apontará na direção de uma catequese para e com a família que a valorize e a constitua como “lugar primeiro” da transmissão da fé. Uma fé de caráter mais testemunhal do que intelectual. ABSTRACT: This present article performs a kairological interpretation on the complex relationship between catechism and the family in our current situation. Starting from an analysis of the values and actual problems faced by families as well as from two basic convictions from the Catholic magisterium: 1) the Family educates; and 2) the family transmit faith. This study will point out a possible direction of a catechism for and with the family that values and constitutes it as the “Prst place” of the transmission of faith. A faith that is more witness than intellectual in character.

Para a tradição cristã, a mística é experiência de unidade com Deus no Espírito Santo, dom messiânico do Pai, oferecido a nós por Jesus Cristo ressuscitado. Uma experiência que é fundamentalmente liberdade, como aCrma Paulo: “Pois o Senhor é o Espírito; e onde se acha o Espírito do Senhor aí existe a liberdade” (2Cor 3,17). Ao longo da história da Igreja, entretanto, essa liberdade foi muitas vezes considerada uma ameaça à autoridade da Escritura, ao dogma, à instituição eclesiástica e até ao espírito humano. Hoje, vemos com clareza que a mística, ao contrário, é fundamental para uma vivência de fé bem fundamentada e ao mesmo tempo aberta à alteridade. O trabalho proposto vai, através de metodologia bibliográCca, rePetir sobre as tensões da experiência do Espírito e sobre a potencialidade da mística na promoção de uma vivência religiosa aberta ao diálogo com as várias espiritualidades que vão ganhando expressão na sociedade atual. ABSTRACT: For Christian tradition, mysticism is an experience of unity with God on the Holy Ghost, Holy Father’s messianic gift, offered to us by the resurrected Jesus Christ. An experience that is fundamentally freedom, according to Paul: “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Cor 3,17). However, throughout church’s history, this freedom was for long considered a menace to Bible’s authority, to the dogma, to the ecclesiastic institution and even to the human spirit. Today, we see clearly that the mysticism, on the contrary, is vital to a well-founded experience of faith and at the same time it is open to alterity. The proposed work will, through the use of bibliography, reflect over the tensions of the Holy Ghost’s experience and also about mysticism’s potential in the promotion of a religious life opened to the dialog with several spiritualities that are gaining expression in society nowadays.
