We conducted a retrospective analysis of 120 stories of patients of which, for various reasons, had an operation of hysterectomy at labor or intraoperatively and in the postpartum or postoperative - the most severe form of obstetric injury, which is at the same time, the measure of the quality of obstetric assistance. Antenatal anticipation of the risk factors, involvement of an experienced obstetrician at an early stage of management and a prompt hysterectomy
