Researchers continue to study many years interrelation between the generalized periodontal disease (gpd) and the diabetes (d). the generalized periodontal disease as believe, is the sixth complication of diabetes. though in foreign literature there are a lot of researches which show interrelation of diabetes with a periodontal disease, but further researches are required. treatment of periodontosis improves glycemic control. health of an oral cavity has to play an important role in treatment of diabetes and vice versa.

The article provides an analysis of surgical treatment results of shaft fractures of clavicle by using the common fixators of the 28 patients. on the basis of the obtained data a high rate of complications after surgery due to non-viability of osteosynthesis has been revealed, which requires the development of more effective fixators for surgical treatment of such fractures.

S a wide range of diseases neurologic, rheumatologic, diseases of musculoskeletal system which lead to sharp decrease in functionality of an organism. the general disability after injuries and orthopedic diseases is 25%, 80% of patients after stroke lose their work capacity for whole life. therefore, it is very important to select the correct methods at an early stage of rehabilitation. there are a lot of up-to-date techniques that are nowadays adopted: mechanotherapies, pose-treatment, early verticalization by using standers, different types of physiotherapeutic procedures, robotics, systems "biological feedback", etc. which can be used in complex rehabilitation. and also suspended redcord system invented 10 years ago which main feature is the physiology of the method, in particular, gives the chance to reestablish neuromuscular communication, and also muscular force without painful and by using the dosed exercises in which we use patient's weight. that is the alternative of existing methods, and in certain cases is capable to replace the majority of them.
