There is growing evidence that demonstrates the hazard of inorganic chemicals on the soil, ecosystem, and agriculture. The awareness of the public towards the health, environment, and economy prioritizes the search for alternate technology. The microbial world is the largest unexplored reservoir of biodiversity which performs variety of essential functions like nutrient recycling, environmental detoxification. Careful selection of the specific microbial species for the particular crop is integral for its biocontrol, bio fertilization, and phytostimulation. The beneficial microbes around the rhizosphere perform multiple functions like fixation of nitrogen, solubilization of phosphate, mobilization of potassium, improvement of the soil aggregation, resistance against pest and diseases, release of plant growth-promoting chemicals and hormones. The commercial administration of microbes inoculated bio effectors in the agriculture increases the productivity of the crop with no risk to the environment. Also, biotechnology applied with microbial genome widens the scope for developing resistance against a wide range of host specific pathogen. This review highlights the recent progress in the microbial world with the aim to increase the productivity of the crops maintaining a sustainable environment.

Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) is an important food and oil crop grown during rainy season in Nepal. Ground nut has high potential in context to Nepal especially in terai and low hilly area. Ground nut is grown in upland in rain fed condition during rainy season and it is also grown in river basin as well. In context to Nepal, there are no high yielding varieties as other countries India and China. The Experiment conducted was done according to the NARC Research System. Different exotic genotypes and local Landraces were collected and Series of trail were conducted in successive year in different location under IET, CVT, CFFT and FAT. All trials were conducted in Random Complete Block Design (RCBD). In IET, the result depicted that ICGV 07240 genotypes was highest yielding genotypes (2416 kg/ha) among all the genotypes. In CVT, ICG 07240 showed high yielding genotypes in wide range of location with an average yield of 2128 kg/ha. Similarly, ICGV 07240 showed high yielding performance among 4 elite genotypes with an average yield of 2504 kg/ha. In GGE biPlot ICGV 07240 was best performing genotypes overall the tested location. In 2018, ICGV 07240 was release as Sambriddhi with 52.88 % fat and 27.32 % protein. . This variety may be a new variety for the ground nit growing farmers and in future this variety may play pivotal role to meet the national demand of the groundnut.

The study is conducted with an aim to study the overall scenario of agriculture production in Nepal. Time series data (2009/10 -2018/19) published by Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development is used to calculate the annual average yield of agricultural crops. The result shows that increment in production of cereal crops and vegetables is greater than area due to availability of irrigation facilities and fertilizers, use of improved and hybrid seeds and technological knowledge among the farmers. The percentage increase in area, production and productivity of cash crop in 2018/19 compared to 2009/10 is 18%, 34.38% and 14.1% respectively. The technological innovations and use of high yielding varieties has played a major role to increase production of pulses in Nepal. Among pulses, the winter crop lentil dominates in production (65.76%) as well as in area coverage (62.93%). There is greater increment in areas of fruits compared to production leading to 2% decrease in productivity of fruits in 2018/19 compared to 2009/10. Summer fruits shared 63% and 67.1% of total fruit productive areas and total fruit production respectively. More than 75% of total summer fruits area and production is shared by mango and banana. Citrus fruits shared about 23% of total fruit productive area and production. Winter fruits shared 13.22% of total productive area and 9.80% of total fruit production. In addition to modern technology, status of soil fertility, crop management practices, quality of seeds, climate and incidence of pests and diseases are responsible for fluctuation of agricultural production in Nepal.

The concept of Good Hospital Governance (GHG) is a concept of corporate governance in general, but its application is adapted to the type of business such as health services. As a health facility engaged in advanced health services (referral), hospitals seek to provide excellent and quality health services. This study aims to describe the Good Hospital Governance policy's implementation at the Undata Regional General Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province. This research is qualitative, using a descriptive method. This research was conducted at Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province, in 2020. The determination of informants as the source of data on the interviewee was carried out purposively. The results of this study found that the implementation of Good Hospital Governance policies at Undata Hospital, Central Sulawesi Province, has not performed well; this is an indication that there are still supporting aspects of policy implementation that are not running correctly.

This research aims to 1) To analyze the influence of the PIECES Framework simultaneously and significantly on the Hindu Integrated Information System User Satisfaction (SIMPUH); 2) To Analyze the influence of Perceived Usefulness variable as a moderating variable of the PIECES Framework on User Satisfaction of Hindu Integrated Information System (SIMPUH); 3) To analyze the influence of the Perceived Ease of Use variable as a moderating variable of the PIECES Framework on User Satisfaction of Hindu Integrated Information Systems (SIMPUH). The population was use employees who used the Simpuh application consist of admins, Hindu religious teachers, extension workers, and Hindu religious officials in the province of Central Sulawesi. The population and sample in this study were 234 respondents with data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The research was carried out in the Work Area of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Central Sulawesi in 10 districts and cities. This study found: 1). PIECES Framework has a simultaneous and significant influence on Hindu Integrated Information System User Satisfaction; 2). Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect in moderating the PIECES Framework on Hindu Integrated Information System User Satisfaction; 3) Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect in moderating the PIECES Framework on Hindu Integrated Information System User Satisfaction.

The experiment was conducted in sick plot at Spices Research Centre, BARI, Shibganj, Bogura, Bangladesh during Rabi season of 2017-18 to find out the effective control measure of basal or bulb rot of Onion. Bulb of BARI piaz 4 was used in this experiment. Six fungicides, healthy and fresh bulb and one control were the treatments. The lowest emergence (86.92%) of onion was recorded in control plots and the highest emergence (98.11%) was recorded in Bulb treatment and soil drenching with Amistar Top 325 SC. The lowest bulb rot incidence (8.76%) and highest disease reduction over control (70.52%) was obtained from Bulb treatment and soil drenching with Amistar Top 325 SC. The highest bulb rot incidence (29.72%) was obtained from untreated control plots which was followed by Healthy and fresh Bulb (25.59%). The highest number of capsules per plant (448.05), number of seeds per capsule (4.73), seed yield per plant (6.18 g) and yield (750.56 kg/ha) were obtained from Bulb treatment and soil drenching with Amistar Top 325 SC and the lowest of these parameters were obtained from untreated control. Among the fungicides, Amistar Top 325 SC (0.1%), Cabriotop (0.3%) and Provax 200 WP (0.25%) were found individually more effective to control basal or bulb rot of onion, enhance growth attributes and yield. So, farmers and researchers may use Amistar Top 325 SC or Cabriotop or Provax 200 WP to decrease bulb rot incidence and increase seed yield of Onion.

An experiment was conducted with a set of twenty barley genotypes in alpha lattice design with objective to screen out high iron content genotype with high yield. From the study of genetic parameters, days to booting, flag leaf area, spike length, and thousand grain weight had better genotypic variability, better broad sense heritability along with better genetic advance. Soluwa (309.395ppm), Bonus (235.035ppm) and 14-SB-NAK-MR#17 (154.065 ppm) had high iron content and the character f iron content was found to be 100% heritable with no environment effects. Similarly, SBYT2-13#1519 (3120 kg/ha), SBYT2-13# 108 (2780 kg/ha), 1STGSBYT#122 (2410 kg/ha) were found to be high yielding genotypes. As the genotype with high and high iron content were screened out and this may be further use in development yield of high yielding varieties along with high iron content which can address issues of both food scarcity and nutrition demand.

This study aims to: 1) analyze the development created by the principal in transformational leadership to achieve National Education Standards of Senior High School. 2) to ind out the empowerment created by the principal in transformational leadership to attain National Education Standards of Senior High School 3) to determine the satisfaction given by the principal in transformational leadership to the subordinates to enact National Education Standards of Senior High School. This study applied a qualitative approach conducted in Senior High School of Palu City using using interviews, observation and documentation as data collection techniques. This study was analyzed through interactive approach of Miles and Huberman with some stages such as condentations, displays, and conclusions. Result and discussion of the study are as follows: 1) the principals have implemented aspect of development in transformational leadershipin in order to obtain National Education Standards of Senior High School. The implementation of the principal's transformational leadership on the Standards for Facilities and Infrastructure intents to follow and implement structural instructions (the construction have been determined from central and education department) and the principal only includes administrative requirements. Out of 8 National Education Standards, the principal involves all stakeholders in the development except students who have not been engaged in Management Standards and Financing Standards; 2) empowerment aspect in transformational leadership has been implemented by school principals in order to achieve National Education Standards. The implementation of the principal's transformational leadership of Standards for Facilities and Infrastructures is maintenance. Out of 8 National Education Standards, empowerment by the principal involves all stakeholders except students who have not been covered in Management Standards and Financing Standards; and 3) Implementation of transformational leadership of the principals in Senior High School of Palu has given satisfaction to all stakeholders, such as; teachers, administrations, school committees/students’ parent, and students.

From the data obtained since 2015, 2016 and 2017 criminal acts of drug abuse (narcotics and dangerous drugs) that stand out in the territory of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police Departement, and the lineup has been handled in 2015 as many as 179 matters and has been was bestowed into the overall attorney, in 2016 as many as 357 cases and has been bestowed to the prosecutors as many as 356 while 1 thing is returned (P18) and in 2017 as many as 376 cases and has been bestowed to the prosecutors as many as 314 matters While the remaining 62 matters are still in the investigation process. Seeing from a very significant increase from year to year in the case of drug abuse abuses in the regional jurisdiction of Central Sulawesi Regional Police Departement, it was required the role and quality of law enforcement officers of Central Sulawesi Regional Police Departement. The research seeks to identify issues related to the performance of drug abuse abuses using qualitative descriptive methods by taking the research location of Central Sulawesi Province with using the main theory Poister (2003) Measuring Performance in Public and Third Sector Organizations. The results showed that the handling of drug abuse in Central Sulawesi Province still needs to be improved from the aspect of service (handling) resulting in maximum achievement of the Organization's objectives.

Extrauterine pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy means a pregnancy occur elsewhere than uterus. It is a rare condition in animals than humans. Nevertheless, the causes are not well defined in animals and humans. Two types of ectopic pregnancy are well recognized: Tubal and Abdominal. Tubal pregnancy is occurred when the fertilized embryo fails to travel in uterus and remains in the oviduct. Abdominal pregnancy occurs when embryo develops into abdominal cavity. Abdominal pregnancy is further divided into two forms: primary and secondary. Primary forms occur due to rearward migration of oocyte and embryo from fimbriae and oviduct and secondary form due to rupture of uterus and oviduct. Clinical findings are not the trademark for the diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy in animals. Diagnosed by radiography, ultrasonography, computed tomography and treatment is done by surgically in animals.

This research aims to: analyze implementation of policy for placement of State Civil Apparatus of administrator position of provincial government of Sulawesi. The research applied a qualitative method using a descriptive analysis approach. Location of the research was in Provincial Government of Central Sulawesi. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis technique was carried out in some stages: 1) Clarifying the data, 2) Grouping the data, 3) Processing the data, and 4) Describing the data as a whole with the results and research discussion based on Grindel variables, namely: 1) The interests that are influenced by the policy in providing an impact on administrators in two ways namely the economic impact and social impact; 2) The type of benefits patterned into personal benefits and institutional benefits; 3) The desired degree of change has not succeeded in changing work behavior, attitude, and work culture; 4) The position of the policy maker is interpreted geographically and administratively; 5) Program implementers, namely ASN who are designated as administrators, meet the normative and administrative requirements; 6) Human Resources namely the support of political elites have been implemented in the involvement of the head of the Regional Representative Council or the head of office which involved the administrators in RDP and discussion of the budget; 1) The power, interest, and strategy of the actor involved show that there is no conflict of interests between the actors because the highest actor is the governor; 2) Characteristics of well-defined and well-implemented institutions and authorities do not result in rejection of stakeholder, and 3) There is compliance and responsiveness in accepting all requirements for implementing administrator placement policies.
