In Kant's Groundwork for the Metaphysics of Morals, Kant abstracts his moral philosophy from the world of experience and practice, and wants to build a completely pure metaphysics of morals. But in his action to draw a line between the real world and metaphysical world, Kant excluded the behaviors stimulated from sympathy out of the moral behavior, and held the idea that this kind of behavior is not a moral behavior, but an action just out of hobbies. Based on the comparison with Mencius’ (孟子) construction of the metaphysics of morals, the author in this paper held the idea that we should reconsider the significance of sympathy in people’s mind. Kant’s discard to sympathy maybe the root of paradox that “moral behavior is inconsistent with happiness”.

With the development of globalization waves, the cross-cultural communication becomes more and more common nowadays. Chinese films, as a kind of mass media and the carrier of ideology, must meet the challenge in the world with active attitudes and take part in cross-cultural communication worldwide extensively. The context of globalization is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for Chinese films and if Chinese films want to be successful in the process of cross-cultural communication, it must find out a conjoint point between globalization and location to implement dual-coding of them. With the objective of consensus but different for the cultural demands of cross-cultural communication, the communicational strategies in culture，subject，art and operation must extensively use for reference and boldly create to renew the situation of Chinese films．

The purpose of this paper is to present the state of the art of research in Information Technology (IT) in Change Management (CM). Initial studies indicate that investments into CM in IT often do not add the predictable value, neither to the CM division himself nor to the association supported by the CM section. A basis for further study into this complex and inter disciplinary area is therefore needed. This literature review will contribute to this basis. Based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, journal articles, with a focus on CM in IT were found. Relevant articles were organized in categories according to focus on Technology, IT layer, CM process and theory, research method applied and type of findings. Finally research gaps were identified. There seems to be a general belief in technology combinations as a way to speed up the rather slow IT diffusion process in CM. It is documented that current research into CM in IT has an unbalanced focus on few specific technologies, IT layers and CM processes, and that further research should focus more on the IT implementation process and use. Knowledge from application and use could be fed back into (and strengthen) conceptualization and progress, thereby adding more value to CM. Only the search engine Scopus is used. This is the first review paper focusing on CM in general in IT, giving an overview of the area and delivering a basis for further research
