In any entity the development of culture helps the growth of the new, allowing activities to be carried easily and successful leaving generate knowledge managed by each one of the individuals. Taking into account the reality of the company’s innovative culture helps to improve as well as build on technology used in which adapt values and alternatives expertise although many times employees refuse to changes generating internal and management, conflicts now, Latin America are limited to comply with it without taking into account the advances and changes in technology that would help the development of the commercial and managerial activities. Consequently, in the banking industry innovative culture is related to the development of production of the same where you take into account the knowledge of each individual as well as the changes generated in technology to improve business. This aspect is considered plans of preventive maintenance, corrective, among others, the full line of integrated services, and security solutions, network management, apparently, its functions are affected by the need for achievement, creativity and strategic thinking.

Article analyzes the processes of labor precariousness that have occurred in Argentina during the last 25 years, with particular emphasis in the period of “post-convertibility” or “high dollar”. In this direction, the existence of a number of inherited continuities of the nineties is studied. These legacies reveal a series of strategies and policies used by the dominant economic sectors, that have allowed them, on the one hand, transfer the costs of the economic crisis on workers, and secondly, curb the access of this group to a redistribution of wealth in good times and growth.

The aim of this paper is to show the importance of SMEs in Mexico as a source of jobs, for this purpose first issues of employment generation policies and SMEs and corporate policies are developed; It is a documentary work with a collection of data that allowed analyzing the evolution of Mexican business sector for the years 1994-2008. The main findings can determine that SMEs especially micro businesses are an important source of jobs in Mexico. More however, it is noteworthy that it has been losing share to big business especially in the manufacturing sector.

The following article is a brief analysis of the imagery of the rational subject of the hegemonic discourse of the current economic science, contrary to the position proposed by Morin, as the apex of a possible scientific revolution called bioeconomy complex subject. The methodology is exploratory documentary, in which a literature review by specialized matrices is done. The most important conclusion is that the official discourse of economic science of the rational subject, has been overlooked, that his excessive zeal predatory nature eventually stimulate its own extinction.

This article presents part of the final results of the research project entitled: “TENSIONS BETWEEN TEACHING STATEMENTS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SYSTEMS OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN INSTITUTIONS OF BASIC EDUCATION AND SECONDARY: An evaluative and purposeful reading”. A central conclusion is established and argues that pedagogical discourses are being displaced by the administrative discourses in educational institutions; from the implementation of different quality management systems. This shift is causing identity of educational organizations is affected and that the axis of the daily activities of teachers and administrators to focus more on the administrative management of the organization in the development of their teaching. Because the intent that guided this research, the nature of the object of study and in line with its social complexity, it was designed, essentially, under a qualitative approach; pointing to an effort to understand the social reality alluding to the tensions that are happening between the pedagogical and administrative from the implementation of systems quality management in primary and secondary education institutions

This document analyzes the politics implemented by university of Magdalena to guarantee the access of higher education to vulnerable groups. Vulnerable is defined as the displaced graduate, the indigenous communities, the afro-Colombian students, the female head of a household of a low stratum and the graduates who come from public schools. In theory, the study is associated with the contribution of the affirmative action, which includes the deliberate intention to eliminate any discrimination in the development of societies and institutions. During the study, it was found that more than 70% of this students group lives in a family nucleus with low incomes around six hundred pesos per month. Therefore, the main strategies of the university are focused to overcome the economic limitations of this vulnerable population, by exemptions and subsidies accompanied by a policy framework that facilitates the Access to the community of the university. Methodologically so it is a type of derivative research article.

This paper has as its main objective of reviewing, analyzing and propose the use of indicators in different logistics processes in the supply chain, which range from the supply, warehouse, production, customer service, among others. As a result of developing the document, supported by a previous research work called « Estrategias logísticas para el abastecimiento de las pymes del sector confección del municipio de Itagüí». We obtain indicators to measure the performance of the different logistics process in the supply chain, which becomes the basis to control the use of resources, monitoring compliance targets and identifying opportunities for improvement. The methodology used to determine the indicator was through analysis of professional literature and creation of proprietary indicators from standard reference models of some companies. Additionally, indicators are used to support measurement model SCOR supply chain, which becomes an added value to the academic and business.
