The present study has as aim propitiate an analysis in relation to the ergonomics organizacional and the social inclusive responsibility and preactiva: a commitment inside the aims of the organization, taking in consideration theories that sustain her like they it are the different conceptualizations. As for the ergonomics organizacional and the social inclusive responsibility and preactiva is sustained by it by the contents of Lippel (2001), Guédez (2005), Domont (1999), between others. As for social responsibility: Of the Slope (2002), Guédez (2006), Alleys (2005), between others, developing under an interpretive approach of descriptive type and not experimental design, across analysis of documents. To effects of this investigation, it is investigated on trends in the social demand of a major responsibility of the State and the organizations, examining his significance as central element in the conformation of the models of human development who form our future, dividing that exist two attitudes and two sensibilities in the human being, visions are exposed on the paper of the ergonomics as tool for the development of the proactividad and the inclusive disposition, as form incorporation of aspects of Social Responsibility in the ergonomic management organizacional.

In the context of current concerns about the reform and administrative modernization, the values from the main axiological theories: a priori and independent qualities of things and human actions, is a subjective perspective, in which part of the idea that is the person who gives value to things. In this sense, it can not be oblivious to the reviews and its existence is only possible in the various reactions that occur in the subject. Things are not so valuable in themselves, is the man who creates value with their assessment, there arises the motivation to conduct this investigation. The rationale is based on the contents of Munoz (1998), Frondizi (2001), Marin (1976), Gervilla (2003), among others, held under a symbolic interpretive approach, through a qualitative methodology, descriptive and non-experimental design, through documentary analysis. In the postmodern Management raises the need to integrate the values of democratic coexistence with institutional values. Thus, in the context of a postmodern ethics of administration, democratic values form the axis of the latter and become a guiding proposal for achieving the common good.

This investigation was designed to determine the relationship between Knowledge Management and Competitiveness in the area of research and production of private University colleges and institutes, based on the principles of Halal (2006), Toffler (1998), Alvarez (2000) Carrión (2006), Espinoza (1998), Quintas (1997), among others. Methodology, the study was framed as an descriptive investigation, of field, correlational under a nonexperimental design, descriptive trans. For purposes of this study population was composed of four (4) coordinating the research and production units of the colleges in Maracaibo Municipality, such as College Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacin (CUNIBE) Readic Institute of Technology ( READIC), Instituto Universitario Jesús Enrique Lozada (IUJEL), and Bishop College of Talavera (CUMT). As data collection technique was used by direct observation survey in the form questionnaire. Using two questionnaires which will consist of items whose answers are given by four alternative answers: Strongly Agree (TA), partial agreement (PA), neither agree nor disagree (NAND), Mostly Disagree (PD) and Strongly Disagree (TD). The validity of the instruments was obtained by the trial of ten (10) experts, with a reliability of 0.72. The results were that knowledge management is very efficient and competitive in the area of Research and Production Private university colleges and institutes was demonstrated with very high level.

The market structure in the marketing of banana export type produced in the department of Magdalena historically has been imperfect, with multinational marketers who will determine the quantities of bananas they buy from the producers or the price, generating a loss of social welfare to banana producers. In the present study measured the degree of market concentration by marketers across the Herfindahl concentration index-Heirschman (HHI), then through econometric time series proceeded to show the relationship between the prices paid to producers and the concentration index (HHI), finally using the model of Cournot and Stackelberg, from the econometric estimation of an inverse function of supply and application of pure strategies in noncooperative games empirically tested strategies marketers are doing.
